From the start the staff was extremly helpful and kind. The lady that helped us made us feel right at home. We were exhausted from traveling and she got us settled into our rooms immediately. The property is beautiful, the pool was magnificent and the food was prepared fresh. We appreciated her sharing the history of the villa. It was our favorite place that we stayed on our trip and we will make plans to return.

We were a party of seven. It was hard to get a taxi / Uber from the property into Florence. I would defintely stay here again, I would just rent a car to travel around the area. I have no complaints about the property itself except that we did not plan a long enough stay!

This place was exceptional. The place is located in a seemingly safe district of Sesto Fiorentino and not far from the nearby train station (Zambra). The rooms are very clean, the beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was the best I had in any hotel. The staff was very kind and respectful. There is a big parking space and a gate that closes at midnight - your car is very safe in this place. Breakfast was also included and it was in a different building with a nice terrace (great for summer mornings i suppose). Breakfast was very good, about as good as the restaurants in Firenze itself.

But the property was certainly very nice. The garden setting was very attractive.

Not enough restaurant options within walking distance. The hotel's restaurant had a menu but many items were not available during parts of our stay. Paint on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom was peeling; it seems routine maintenance is being neglected. Breakfast not as good a selection as we have had at similar accommodations, but certainly adequate. The scrambled eggs were definitely below what we would expect - maybe they were made from powdered eggs???

We had a wonderful stay here. The location was perfect for us, being just outside of town and easily accessible by car. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the courtyard was absolutely beautiful - the perfect spot to relax in the mornings and evenings. While the building is older, it has a lot of charm and character. Overall, we highly recommend this place! The breakfast was absolutely fantastic! A wide variety of options to choose from, something for everyone.

Noise levels from the hallway can be quite high, particularly in the early hours. Due to the building's age, this is somewhat expected

The Lady that checked us in went above and beyond to assist us. She changed our room to meet our needs, she tried to get into the resaurant for dinner but when she couldn't she found us a nearbye restaurant and made reservations for us. She arraged a taxi and was very kind.

There is a gate that locks the property down at night that you have to have the front desk open if you have to leave at 4 am to get a taxi. I liked the safety but I was concerned when I could not leave and did not speak Italian. Luckily the taxi driver was able to get the person to open the gate.

I recently stayed at the Fantastic Gardens Hotel in Sesto, and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel is beautifully surrounded by lush, meticulously maintained gardens that provide a serene and picturesque backdrop. Our room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and offered all the modern comforts one could wish for. The hotel's restaurant served incredible meal, prepared just for us. The terrace overlooking the gardens was a true delight. Conveniently located near the Airport, it was the perfect spot for a quick and easy taxi ride the airport. I highly recommend this hotel for it’s beautiful setting, and accommodations.

We enjoyed the whole experience with a very very beautiful and peaceful garden 🏰 in the backyard and the natur around the hotel, absolutely STUNNING !! John the owner of the hotel, was very dedicated to make our stay absolutely perfect. And IT WAS !!! PERFECT !!! We will definitely return to this pearl. Our room was perfect, clean and very big. Everything was perfect !! The food was perfect, the room was perfect, the garden stunning, John & staff very very professional !! WE LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT OUR STAY IN THIS PEARL ! As stated by its name this place has a fantastic garden! We also had the pleasure of eating and with the use of the suggestions of our fantastic server we had a phenomenal time having a super romantic time. We also took our fair share of pictures.

The room itself could definitely use a revamp, the bathroom has some moisture damage and the plumbing that we could see was visibly falling apart. Also there was no functional airconditioning and we were stung by mosquitoes quite a few times here. The pictures on this booking do not necessarily represent the place properly as it is now.

The room was really beautiful and personel was nice as well! The lady from reception told us some nice tips and showed everything personally. The breakfast was really nice and there were a lot of things to try.

There is nothing to point out. Probably the only problem could be the location as it is not close to the city center.
