Property is pretty much as described and is quite close to tram and bus stations. Staff was friendly and both the check-in and check-out processes were fast. The hotel also has an elevator, which is a big plus if you're travelling with baggage.

The room walls were quite thin, so we could hear some stuff going on in the corridors and even other rooms during the night. Our room was clean but the hotel is old, so there's a persistent musty smell in some areas.

Great little hotel on the outskirts of the city. Very easy to get to via public transport. Staff were ever so nice. The hotel and room were clean. Shower was a little on the small side.

Overall, good value for the money. Front desk staff were excellent and helpful.

The air conditioner did not work and the room was very hot. The size of the bathroom was small and the location of the shower head made the narrow space fell even more narrow.

The lady at the front desk was wonderful-- very cheerful and courteous.

The internet/wifi did not always work and eventually I had to change rooms because of this. It seems the wifi works up to the first floor, then it is sporadic from the 2nd floor upward.

The room was on the 5th floor, with a nice view. 24h reception, free parking in the hotels lot. Next to a tram line that goes to the city center.

Something in the room was noisy intermittently (probably the AC). The shower curtain was to small.
