Everything was great, location, room, breakfast. Perfect location if you are looking for a quiet place away from the crowds as you will be staying in a historic villa set in a beautiful garden. A great choice also for those travelling by car as there is free parking. If you are looking for a more urban atmosphere you might want to consider a different choice. However, you can easily reach the city center by tram in 20-30min. Roberto and his wife are very kind and friendly and you will feel at home at their villa. Definitely recommended

The tram line to the city center is only a 10 minute walk away, but the road is a bit narrow and has several curves, so you have to watch out for cars, even though it is not very busy.

I can say that it is a perfect place in one word. It is a bit far from the center. However, I can say that we were a bit lucky to find such a perfect place that you can reach from the center in such a short time. It is a magnificent place surrounded by greenery. The breakfast was incredibly sufficient and delicious. You can use the gardens surrounded by greenery whenever you want, we had wine and fruit hours in the garden in the evenings and it has a very comfortable environment where you can feel at home. You can come from the city center by tram for 15 minutes and then by walking for 10 minutes, but we generally preferred to go on foot. The owners of the villa were very polite and good people. It was enjoyable to talk to them. If I were to come to Florence again, I would definitely choose this place again. We spent 3 nights and I would like to stay for 1 week.

I loved staying here. It was such a beautiful retreat after a busy day in the city. Breakfast was great!

I was hoping to rent a bicycle during my time in Florence, but wasn't able to find a shop that rented bikes over multiple days. I used the "city bikes" which were accessible with an app. Unfortunately, I had to park them a 10 minute walk away from the Villa, as the app would not lock them at this location. Normally, that would not have been an issue, but I'm struggling with foot issues (neuromas) so walking any distance was particularly painful. So, unless you have a car, be prepared for a fair amount of walking when staying here. That being said, if you enjoy walking, it's quite lovely.

The owner of the property was our #1 favorite host of a 6 week trip. He was welcoming, trustworthy, friendly and great in every way! Our room was multi-level and the beds were comfortable. Very clean also. No hairdryers in the bathrooms, which was fine but would be an easy value add for guests!

The couch and living room furniture were in disrepair and very sparse so there was no common area comfortable for relaxing indoors. The living area was large so there could be a very nice set up for guests to relax and gather. But the furnishing was just not there to settle in. We weren't in the room a ton during a quick stay so it was alright.

We were so pleased with our stay here. It was lovely to meet Roberto at check in and for him to show us to our room and made us feel extremely welcome. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The grounds are stunning and make for the perfect place to explore and relax The bathroom and kitchen in the room were perfect and offered everything we needed. The tram is a 10 minute walk away and then 15 minutes into town

I was love for some activities to be planned for the people staying. A history lesson on the property one morning/night would be great or a wine tasting night together

We stayed at Armonie di Villa Incontri B&B for several nights and it was our favorite stay during our 3 weeks in Italy. It was a very unique setting with gorgeous grounds and a comfortable, spacious room. The breakfast was also delicious with varied options. We really enjoyed being out of the city area, getting more of a taste of the countryside. At the same time it was easy to catch the tram for a short ride into the center of things… we found everything very accessible. Roberto was an engaging, wonderful host and gave us good suggestions for restaurants and getting around.

Roberto & wife absolutely exceeded our expectations. Very friendly, professional & a heart of gold. Very accommodating. Their Villa is beautiful, peaceful & is about 10 minutes away taking the train to the main area for shopping & attractions. The location is excellent after, getting to see Florence downtown area we were able to get back to our room to relax & rest. Also, we were able to enjoy their property to take time to relax. Thank you so much for your kind hearts & your beautiful property.

Gorgeous site, very close to Florence via a short tram ride. Brings Tuscan countryside into the heart of the city. The room was comfortable and spacious and the breakfast had great service and a decent selection. The owner Roberto was very kind and genuine. The personal touch was lovely and one of the highlights of our stay. 100% I would and will stay here again.

Only one minor thing was the entrance to the property on foot was through quite a tight road with a small section without a pavement. The section was on a bend too so difficult to see. My partner and I were fine to navigate this, making sure to stand where the cars would see us first as they came around the bend; I did wonder how difficult it might be if I had a small child in a pushchair however. Though as I said, it was only a small section without pavement and it wouldn’t put me off from attending again as a couple or with my son

Beautiful Tuscan Villa setting with nice gardens. Ten minute walk to the tram into the city of Florence. Very nice continental breakfast, with also the option to have cooked eggs. Beautiful garden view from the window. The hosts Roberto and Francesca were both charming and welcoming. ps. Considering this property is only 3.5km from the centre of Florence, you wouldn't know it, with it's lovely grounds around it.
