Great location, near the park, trams, restaurants, and 30 mins walk to the catheral and galleries sites. We took a tour from Florence to Cinque Terre, Pisa, and a ride to the countryside, saw the mountains where the marble blocks were taken from. Love Florence ❤️ 😍

Communication needs to be clear about how to get from the train, to the appartment, which floor button to press and how to get to reception. We got into the building when a tenant came out. Mark on the intercom which button to press. Everything worked out perfectly in the end, but this needs to be sorted.

The location is great being away from busy streets but a short walk away from the city center. The staff was stupendous, ready to help in case of emergency and the Peruvian host was the one of the most warm and welcoming people I met in the city. Full of energy, recommendations and above all a man with a big kind heart. The bed was massive and very comfortable, there was a nice balcony, and plenty of plug sockets as well as a good sized wardrobe. During my next visit in Florence I will definitely be getting back in touch to organize my next stay.

My experience in this hotel was outstanding. The room had a lot of space, the bed was big and comfortable, there was airconditioning which made the climate in the room very pleasant and the bathroom was clean and well functioning. The staff was very kind and helpful, I did a self check-in due to my late time of arrival, and they provided me with all the information needed.

The mattress has a good quality, and the bad has a hot shower. You have a seat and a table to work. It was quiet and the room huge. The staff helped me to obtain an invoice following the policy of my company.

The toiled has a wall projection, so I have to sit with a stooped posture. The reception was a bit challenging to find.

Unfortunately, the moment i entered the room for the first time, there was a big cockroach running on the floor. there was no other bug encounter in the 2 days i stayed there.

This was a great solution for my daughter who need a good-vale place at short notice, close to her study location. Good spacious room with all needed facilities. Nice area with a lovely park just behind the B&B. Bars and restaurants near-by, bus connections etc.. Walking to the duomo was about 20-25 mins. Teresa and Franco were super-helpful

Spacious room with high ceilings, a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. Warm welcome by the hotel keeper. There is a shared fridge on the corridor.

Since there is no breakfast included, it would be nice to add a watercooker/coffee maker, or a small pantry for shared use, to prepare a small breakfast

They changed my room location due to a technical issue, but I have no complaints since it’s closer to the city area. The host is super nice & welcoming. Its super clean tho

I liked a lot that the room was very big and comfortable. It was quite well located because It was possible to walk to the city center (like 20-25 min) or main train station. There are several restaurants quite nice with good price very close.

great little room for a small group, location was very convenient to go downtown (only 15-20 minute walk). the staff were excellent as well!

the listing is called b&b and says that “breakfast is available in the room”, but there is no breakfast.
