- Helpful staff - Parking is available on the premises 10€/day for motorcycle. - Room was fairly clean - A warm welcome note was on the bed

- When the main lights are on, there was constant buzzing noise which was a bit annoying. - Entrance of the parking area is usually blocked. We almost always needed to inform the staff to exit and they moved other vehicles. - Minibar was not working properly. They helped me on the phone to adjust the temperature and it worked a bit. - There were no instructions on how to turn on the A/Cs. They helped me on the phone for this as well.

Great hotel with really polite and careful staff

A/C was not one of the best and was not able to keep up with the intense heat of the season and it's a bit more far away from the city centre, although it was our fault not considering the distance with the very hot July temperatures

Perfect location of the hotel, 15 minutes by walk to the city centre. Good breakfasts but we missed some fresh vegetables as cucumbers or tomatoes. Very kind staff and clean room.

We could not open windows as we had room with windows on the roof, so we needed to use an aircondition.

The location was great! Only 25-30 minute walk to the Duomo and city center. The garden of the restaurant was lovely. The staff were really friendly! We particularly loved the bar tender/chef in the evening who told us so much about the wine and cocktail history of Florence he was very attentive and friendly. Loved having the melon for breakfast and the lady in the morning was very friendly. The hotel and room were very clean.

The room felt a bit damp I’m allergic to mould and was a bit sneezy although we couldn’t see any obvious damp issues. The person at reception gave us false information about a taxi to the airport. We asked how much a taxi to PISA airport was (we said Pisa multiple times he even repeated it) he said 35 euro it’s my bad I took his words for granted and didn’t think it was too cheap to be true. The next day at the taxi that he booked for us it was 190 euro to get to the airport. I wish we were provided with the real information so we could have made other plans. Please make sure the reception staff speak good English and understand what the guests need.

The location was decent, managed to find parking (for free) close by, although when asked the parking with the hotel was €20 per day. The breakfast was basic, with something for everyone. The guy who running it by himself did a fantastic job, even on Christmas day! Safe location. Good idea with the front door key, as both nights I was back late.

No extra electric sockets, had to disconnect the not useful kettle to charge phone. Even a USB charger port or two would of be good idea. The shower had a mind of its own, cold first day, super hot the next day! Had to experience an argument of the two staff members near a gas meter, who were shouting their heads off, as I was 3 floors up, I could still hear everything!

The hotel responded quickly to a pre-arrival enquiry I made and my room was ready although I arrived early. The room had everything I needed including a small fridge (except the bed wasn't especially comfortable). The breakfast was good and standard "Italian style" meaning a lot of pastries/cakes but also fresh fruit, boiled eggs, ham, cheese were available. The morning cappuccino was excellent and the waiting staff cheerful & friendly.

It is about a 30 minute walk (2kms or so) to the main attractions of Florence; buses are available locally as well - these save on walking although not on time. I knew about this already so it wasn't an issue, but something to be aware of for those who don't want that kind of walk.

Good location, not in the city center and not that crowded and noisy. Nice room with good view, comfortable bed, good bathroom facilities! Super friendly people working in this hotel! One big special thanks to the restaurant, Alesandro made our evening perfect, cozy, and quiet, and he was super helpful to organize florentine steak for us and great vine to pair the food. And of course, special thanks to the chef who cooked meat perfectly, it melted in the mouth. We were fascinated with service and quality!

Could be a little bit noisy due to road work, but this has nothing to do with the hotel. Also, it might be that blankets were too noisy 🫠

The location. It is within 15 minutes of walking distance from the Duomo, the Ponte Vecchio, and slightly over a mile from the Florence SMN (but only 5-10 minute walk from the Parterre tram station, which goes to SMN.) The owner, his daughter, and staff, including cleaning and breakfast staff are super nice and accommodating, letting us check in early etc.

It is very quite area. Close to public transportations and main attractions. Plenty of restaurantes. The breakfast was good and the staff is really nice. The manager provided me with an European plug that I forgot from America. The room was big enough for one person. The bathroom is so clean and spacious for 2 people.

Not enough time in Florence.

For this price hotel was very good,clean room,not big but enough for 2 people. In the bathroom there are hand soap,shampoo,shower gel. 3 towels per person 2 bottles of water in the fridge,tea bags, kettle We asked for 2 separate beds and it was provided Personal is veeeery nice and friendly

Little bit too far from main train station,not comfortable to walk from there to the hotel with luggage
