The apartment was beautiful. It was spacious, clean and well equipped. The kitchen was well organised, with cleaning products and drying cloths and it was lovely to have iced water in the fridge on arrival. Tea and coffee making facilities were provided, with coffee pods and tea bags supplied. Cleaning was included which was unexpected. The balcony and garden were clean with good garden furniture.

The apartment was maybe 15 minutes walk to the centre of Florence. However, the quality of the apartment compensated for the walk! And it was an opportuniry to keep my steps count up each day!

My wife and I recently had the immense pleasure of staying in a truly fantastic apartment in the heart of Florence, and we couldn't be more delighted with our experience! From the moment we stepped inside, we were impressed by how modern and immaculately presented everything was. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with all the stylish touches you'd hope for in such a beautiful city. What truly set this apartment apart was how incredibly well-equipped it was. It genuinely had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen that allowed us to enjoy some lovely meals in, to all the little conveniences that make a difference after a day of exploring. We wanted for nothing! The location was absolutely perfect for us, allowing us easy access to all the incredible sights Florence has to offer, yet providing a peaceful retreat at the end of each day. The thoughtful design and comfortable amenities made our trip even more memorable. We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Florence. It's a real gem and contributed significantly to making our Florentine adventure an absolute dream!

We had an amazing experience at this hotel — everything was perfect from start to finish. The property is clean, modern, and feels brand new. We especially loved having our own kitchen and private garden, which made the stay extra relaxing and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, with soft, clean sheets and a cozy quilt that made it easy to get a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring. The location is incredibly convenient — just an 8-minute walk to the Accademia Gallery, and the main street right in front of the hotel leads you to all the major sights in Florence. There’s also a nearby bus and tram stop with direct access to the airport, which made getting around super easy. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Florence!

The nicest place we’ve ever stayed! We absolutely loved our 3-night stay in this apartment. It was clean, cosy, and a perfect place to relax during our break. The spaces were modern and surprisingly spacious, which made it feel really comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped - we didn’t plan to eat in, but after doing so much walking, it was great to have the option of grabbing a takeaway and relaxing. The shower was also lovely - really powerful and refreshing after a long day out. Davide was great with us. He went through everything when we arrived and then whatsapped us to ask if we needed anything. Really helpful. The location was ideal, close to all the main attractions and just a 25-minute flat walk to the train station, which was easy even with a small suitcase. The bed was super comfy, it was very quiet at night, and we felt completely safe the whole time. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Nothing - it was perfect

We stayed on the ground floor flat with access to a garden terrace, which we used to rest after our long walks in the city. Although located on a very busy street, the windows were so well insulated and the flat was very quiet and peaceful. The flat was spacious, very minimally and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. It's located 20min walking distance from Duomo, sufficiently away from the heavy touristic area which was a good contrast for us. It's also 2min walking distance from Fancy Pasticceria which offers great coffee and the best buttery, flakey croissant and pain au chocolates in town. We felt very lucky for easy access to this little gem. Access to the flat was seamless with the help of the staff. I wouldn't think to stay anywhere else for my next stay in Florence.

The whole family agreeid that this appartament was the best one between the places that we stayed while visiting Italy. It's spacious, luxurious, and clean! Bedsheets and pillows need seperate mention, cause they were the ones that a person would wish to have at there own home. Kitchen is soo cool, with delicious coffee, and water that is included. Location is very close to sightseeing, and also quiet. Staff is very helpfull, and polite, and full of smiles. Although it was raining in florence non stop, our appartament made our stay still cozy and homy Thank you!

Everything was perfect

The location was a little further from the CBD but this was a pretty drawcard for the building: grand and bespoke. Interiors modern and styled to suit the area. It was beautiful! A huge apartment with towering ceilings which made it feels even bigger, while also cosy and like we were at home rather than another hotel room on holiday. The robes and slippers were a lovely touch, while toiletries etc were luxurious. The host, Valentina was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist us and communicate before and after we left.

While we knew the distances etc, it was a little further from main attractions than we had thought. This was only an issue because during our stay, the Tramlines were out and road works caused a bunch of detours.

Very spacious and nicely designed

We were told the air conditioning couldn’t be switched on and used in May. It was hot and we struggled to sleep without being able to use it.

We were blown away by how wonderful the apartment we rented. Not only was it clean & comfortable, it was very spacious and nicely decorated. Although the kitchen did not come with amenities such as oil, salt and pepper, it did offer the appropriate dishware & utensils to make a homemade meal. Our bed was very comfortable. Given the heatwave occurring during our visit, we appreciated the AC. Easy check in/out. Great neighborhood location that is walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and cafes. It's about a 30 minute walk to the tourist section of town. The apartment complex is located on a major street but the apartment itself was soundproofed. The back patio was an added bonus.

The wifi kept dropping out during our four day stay.
