The place is perfect! Indeed is not in the city center but it is located in a residential area, a quiet one, which has connections via buses to the city center. The rooms are spacious and clean, we stayed at the one with the balcony on the second floor and it was perfect. The fact that you have breakfast included is always a bonus. And Sara, the owner, is amazing. She looks after you in a very polite and friendly way, we didn’t meet her in person since we left early every morning and came back late but we stayed in touch via WhatsApp. All in all, it is a perfect location for your Florence holiday!

A perfectly located accommodation in the centre of Florence, airport is about 20min by tram no.2, straight connection and the main square with the cathedral you can reach about 10-15min by nice walk. Absolutelly a lovely service by Mrs. Sara and their colleagues. We recieved all information ahead by a message. Anything you need, you can reach Mrs. Sara anytime on WhatsApp. The room and bathroom are perfect, very spacious, clean, with aircondition and free Wi-Fi. Absolut top is the beaufitul garden, where you can have a nice breakfast. We loved it here very much, and thank you that you made our stay unforgettable.

We really enjoyed our stay at La Petite Maison. Our room was so spacious and felt both homely and luxury-like for a very affordable price. Sara was also extremely helpful and was always available on WhatsApp to answer all our queries. There was also plenty of room in the common areas both indoors and in the garden where a nice breakfast can be enjoyed. I highly recommend this place!

If I had to mention a slight negative, it would probably be that the breakfast arrangement could be improved a little bit. Everything else was perfect

It was fun staying in a room that had traditional Italian external shutters. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The location was peaceful and quiet and not too far from the city (we walked into the city most days but you can also easily take the nearby tram). Breakfast was included. There was a nice outdoor patio space if you wanted to eat breakfast outside.

The cornetti at breakfast were sometimes a bit dry and hard to eat but otherwise the breakfast was great and this accommodation was great too :)

The room was very spacious and clean, perfect for a couple or even a family stay. Almost like a mini hotel gave a great feel to the place. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide range of choice and was very nice to sit in the garden in the morning or evening to relax. The host is very kind and was helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

The facilities are a little downside of the place as our shower and sink didn’t drain very well. Also does not have a mini fridge in the room, but has cold water available down stairs as well as a communal fridge to use.

The breakfast was very good with a lot of variety (fruit, sweets, salts, cake,...) the coffee were very good with the possibility of self-service as much as you can. The attencion of the owner on the check-in as well as during the days there. Always trying that everything were perfect.

This is a sugestion more than a dislike; We suggest to the owner apply insecticide to the rooms during the cleaning or mosquitos net in the Windows, ot at least leave insecticide for the guest in case that they requieres it. Nothing to add, Very pleasant days!!

Great Bed & Breakfast located within walking distance of the city center. The Rooms were clean and the Breakfast overall was good. They also accommodated my sister’s vegan diet. The owner / manager was very responsive and provided good restaurants recommendations.

One possible improvement is to Provide more fresh pastries for breakfast. The portions seemed rationed as we had less than one fresh pastry per guest on some days and we had to share amongst ourselves.

The room had everything we needed. Even though it was a bed and breakfast deal , we were able to use the kitchen facilities to make our own lunch and dinner. The staff were lovely and helpful.

It was our own fault, but we didn't read the notice properly and missed the advice touse the anti mosquito plug-in device. Once we did that, we weren't bothered again by mosquitoes.

Big size rooms, nice balcony and clean bathrooms. Decent location with bus stops 5-min walking distance.

The staff doesn't speak English at all so don't expect them to give you any recommendation for the city food, etc. Also there is no lift in the property so bear in mind you would need to climb three sets of stairs with heavy suitcases.

We had very nice time in this place. Room was very spacious and clean with well working air conditioning. The host was very kind and helpful even if we arrived very late at 10 pm. Check out was very simple and contactless. Our room was on the top floor and we were allowed to keep kid trolley in the hall downstairs (very comfortable for us because there is no lift). Breakfast was enough to feel full - very delicious croissants :). They have also very charming garden where you can eat or just relax :). Really beautiful place and near Duomo (15 min walk).

bed was not comfortable enough for us (we felt springs in mattress) but definitely it's depend on what you prefer :).
