Good size room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Very nice shower. Balcony had a nice lemon tree and a table and chairs which made the abandoned building next door look a little better. Small breakfast area and range of foods but it seems like there is also a small offering of rooms. Was a peaceful stay. Friendly and helpful staff. The music in the breakfast area and common spaces was a nice touch. Although its a long walk, its a straight walk from the hotel to the historic centre.

Lots of mosquitoes came in through bathroom, so sometimes sleep was interrupted with their buzzing. Could have been a temporary issue with stagnant water outside.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff with great service. Breakfast was more than what you would expect for a continental breakfast. There was a range of hot/cold varieties. The lovely young lady at breakfast provided great service and insisted to make our coffee every morning. Andrea was very helpful when we checked in, providing us with a map of the city with restaurant, transport and gelateria etc. options available. A bottle of complimentary water per person was placed in the mini bar fridge in our room which was a bonus. We would definitely stay again if we returned to Florence.

The lift was quite small but we were able to work with the stairs.

Friendly, helpful staff. They took their time to share their local knowledge and provided us with maps and called to make a reservation for us. Large, airy and cool room with air conditioning. Very clean. Clean towels every day. Our room had a terrace and it was lovely to sit there with a gin and tonic before heading out for the evening. Great location for us because we prefer to be away from the throngs and we enjoy walking in cities. Within 15 minutes we were at the Duomo. Supermarket just a minute away. Tram stops very close. Breakfast was fine. Check out at 12pm is great for those of us who prefer to take our time in the morning. Would definitely recommend and would come back.

Leaving

The place was compact but clean. Room spacious and nice. People working there all very kind and helpful. The location was really good, only 10-15 minutes walking to reach the city centre. Only 2min walking to the tram. There are around a lot of electrical bike that it is very easy to rent through the app.

Little things like no cabinet in the bathroom. The breakfast was quite ok but could be improve. European breakfast, which I liked, but the coffee/cappuccino were from the automatic machine. Both my husband enjoy a real espresso in the morning. But in the complex, as said, small things.

The property is located not far from the tram station. You also have a bus station nearby but it is easiet to get the tram (around 7 minutes walking). Good size rooms and bathroom. Breakfast is very good, its not huge but it has a bit of everything and specially with quality.

The hotel only occupies the first and second floor of a building, which is a bit strange and so it is a little bit hard to find. Also, you can hear the other tenants/owners of the building. Found it to be too expensive for the type of hotel.

Hotel and the rooms were beautifully decorated and clean. Andreas from reception was very friendly. Breakfast was ok, all the basic incredients were there. Short 2 km walk from hotel to the main attractions.

When leaving we asked for taxi and we were told to come back to reception when we actually need the ride. Woman from reception tried to call taxi for us around 15 mins and when asked she told that she might not get us one. We had to walk to trainstation in a hurry and we almost missed the train. Maybe better communication from staff next time…

The property is delightful, the director of the property, Andrea-has been very kind and helpful. The rooms are stylish, well furnished and the bathrooms are extremely clean and functional. Marble and wooden floors in the rooms-the beds are very comfortable and you also get two pillows according to your needs. Breakfast is perfectly fine, there’s a nice variety of choice with a well dedicated service and delicious coffee choice.The surroundings also offer a nice choice of restaurants and you can escape the overcrowded city centre while staying in a beautiful suburb. Top choice for a 3 Star! We will definitely come back!

nothing-all was very good!

The receptionist was extremely helpful and kind. He gave us a map, highlighted the main attractions and provided suggestions for restaurants as well. He went above and beyond. The breakfast option was actually good, tea was served as well. There is a terrace as well as indoor seating. The location is also nice, you can walk to the main gallery in 10 minutes and there is also a bus stop next to the house which took us to the train station.

We had an extremely small room with yellow walls which was not even pictured here on booking. The room was not really suitable for two people, the bed was max. 160 cm as well. The toilet was not working properly.

Great location, about 20 minutes of a walk from the main hub. The hotel is lovely, rooms are small but practical and comfortable. Staff were fantastic, so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much hassle for them.

Only fault was the lighting in the stairway - perhaps more sensors as the hallway is very dark and the lights are delayed coming on.

The breakfast was very good, with plenty of continental-style options as well scrambled eggs and smoked salmon, fresh fruit, cereal, yoghurt. The location is excellent, very quiet and a short walk away from the historical city centre. Overall, it was a lovely stay!

My only negative comment is that the bedroom and ensuite bathroom could have more bench space or table surfaces for placing personal belongings. But this is a small criticism, overall it was a lovely bedroom, very comfortable and clean.
