Very clean, stylishly and luxuriously designed. Impressed and confused by the expensive Marshall guitar amplifier in the room as can't understand how many people would bring their guitars on a holiday and make noise in a quiet hotel. Recently found out that it's a pretty brand new hotel. Very nice and helpful staff. Quite contemporary with the technological incorporation of services. 10 min walk from the main tourist destinations. Would visit again and again.

You have to buy some toiletries and slippers from a vending machine which doesn't fit a 4-star hotel. I didn't see a mini fridge or drinks in the room. You have to use communal facilities if you want tea. Not enough lighting in the room, rather dim atmosphere, but cosy. I'm only mentioning these as a suggestion to improve. Unfortunately, there were some roadworks just outside the hotel, making it a bit difficult to get around with luggage, but only because it was August and Italians are on holiday too. That's only temporary and no fault of the hotel. We loved our stay.

Modern, clean look. Team really friendly and all appear to enjoy their jobs. Attention to detail and modern extras such as blackout curtains, room sound proofing, tea and coffee station on each floor. Bluetooth speaker in rooms. Large comfy bed and pillows. Great selection of foods at breakfast.

Excellent room, huge wow room with perfect view. Bathroom was huge, bed very comfortable just needs firmer pillows. Great staff, very helpful.

Option for firmer pillows, which is a minor issue and breakfast could do with a hot option other than boiled egg.

Everything was perfect, kept spotlessly clean which is helped by it being fairly new. Great location just a short bus or tram ride or 15 min walk from the train station and city centre. Some good restaurants nearby as well as a fantastic pastry cafe Libertà on the same roundabout, best pastries we’ve ever eaten. The room was beautiful with a minimal feel and we also had a small balcony with lovely views out to the outskirts of town and surrounding countryside. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Vincent in particular was really helpful and friendly at every occasion. Highly recommended.

The staff were ALL amazing!! Loved the concept of reception desk attached to the bar. The whole vibe was great. The restrooms off the main reception area were super cool and there were all types of different areas to chill or work. The rooms were fantastic!!! Super modern and stylized with a skylight you could open and close remotely. The bed, linens and pillows were very comfortable, as well. Toiletries were really nice and they were full sized.

Perhaps putting a kettle, to heat water, in the galley area. The faucet was a little hard to figure out. Other than that, nothing. Everything was wonderful.

The hotel was really cool, rooms were really stylish and clean. Really comfy bed, Lovely hot shower with lovely shower gel and shampoo provided which smelt great. The blue tooth radio was a lovely addition to the room. Great location there’s a tram line right outside, which you can you to take you to the centre, we also used it to go to the airport. The staff were also really welcoming and very helpful.

Not much hanging space in the room, tea and coffee were available on each floor but would have been even better if available in each room. Only an observation not a criticism we still managed fine with what was available.

Lovely hotel, bright and airy. We were in a Wow room and it was spacious, clean and comfy. Really nice bar and lobby. Hotel not in the centre of town but a nice walk in and new tram lines are under construction so it will be more accessible for those who don’t want to walk. BIG shout out to the staff, especially in reception and bar. I wish I could remember their names as they were so friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was ok but I didn’t like the way that items (e.g. orange juice) were not replaced when empty. The main issue was the lack of privacy in the bathroom. It seems it’s a snagging issue in a new hotel but there was no frosting on the clear glass door. We were offered another room but turned it down as it wasn’t as nice as ours.

I was incredibly happy with my stay at Ruby Bea Florence. The staff were all so friendly, helpful and approachable. My room was very clean with excellent facilities and the hotel as a whole was beautiful. It really exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be visiting again!

The hotel is a little bit out of the way from the centre/all the sights of Florence. It is an easy, fairly short walk into town and there is a tram stop right outside so it wasn't massively inconvenient but if you like to be in the hustle and bustle then it may not be for you.

I love the room we booked 230. Amazing rooms and style. Bed was comfy. I asked the reception to have the room cleaned everyday and they did.. amazing. Housekeeping was great and friendly. Great hotel and highly recommended and full of potential

When we came there were reconstructing the tram blocking the walk ways :(. I hope that will be fixed soon. The reception was great overhaul. However some girls were stressed while working at reception and providing waitress service and becomes more direct. Some needs more training then others. No telephone line to call reception. Water was leaking outside the shower because of blocked drainage. And the hotel corridors was not always cleaned and stains on black surface were visible. I will suggest gum side trolleys for housekeeping.

Great stay at the Ruby Bea Hotel in Florence. The location was exactly as described (ca. 15-20min walk to the centre), all staff members we interacted with were very friendly and always happy to help. The room was very bright and clean, we slept very well (very comfortable bed and no noise). Breakfast was great (good variety incl. vegan options and pastries, although more fruit would have been lovely). If we return to Florence, we will definitely stay here again :)

The only slight issue was that the shower drained very slowly (i.e., had to wait for water to drain despite short shower time). However, this was only a minor problem.
