Very clean, stylishly and luxuriously designed. Impressed and confused by the expensive Marshall guitar amplifier in the room as can't understand how many people would bring their guitars on a holiday and make noise in a quiet hotel. Recently found out that it's a pretty brand new hotel. Very nice and helpful staff. Quite contemporary with the technological incorporation of services. 10 min walk from the main tourist destinations. Would visit again and again.

You have to buy some toiletries and slippers from a vending machine which doesn't fit a 4-star hotel. I didn't see a mini fridge or drinks in the room. You have to use communal facilities if you want tea. Not enough lighting in the room, rather dim atmosphere, but cosy. I'm only mentioning these as a suggestion to improve. Unfortunately, there were some roadworks just outside the hotel, making it a bit difficult to get around with luggage, but only because it was August and Italians are on holiday too. That's only temporary and no fault of the hotel. We loved our stay.

Like the location, it was a bit further out of the city but we used the tram (which is right in front the hotel) to get from/to the airport and around Florence. Loved the large rooms, the huge bed was soooo comfortable and the shower was absolutely amazing! Housekeeping did a great job with the rooms, they were cleaned quickly in the mornings and rooms looked great. The hotel was spotless. Loved the galley kitchen for water the quooker tap is a great idea for guests to use. Breakfast was fantastic, the bar & terrace in the evening were fab and all the staff were all amazing and the vibe was great. Loved it!

Modern, clean look. Team really friendly and all appear to enjoy their jobs. Attention to detail and modern extras such as blackout curtains, room sound proofing, tea and coffee station on each floor. Bluetooth speaker in rooms. Large comfy bed and pillows. Great selection of foods at breakfast.

Location is ideal for public transport around the city and a 15 minute walk to the centre. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Hotel was very clean in all areas. Rooms and bed were comfortable and serviced daily.

We found the breakfast to be a bit limited for our tastes so we only had breakfast one day in the hotel. I believe this has been noted before but more clothes storage in the room would be desirable. Even a small/medium set of drawers would be helpful. Lastly the Galley provided for drinks/snacks isn’t practical. The vending machines are empty and the drinks provisions were sometimes not stocked. We had to go up a floor to the other side of the hotel to access the Galleys. We did get accustomed to this but it spoils what is other wise a brilliant hotel.

Excellent room, huge wow room with perfect view. Bathroom was huge, bed very comfortable just needs firmer pillows. Great staff, very helpful.

Option for firmer pillows, which is a minor issue and breakfast could do with a hot option other than boiled egg.

The hotel was quirky and modern, the staff were brilliant and the hotel was spotlessly clean. We stayed for 4 nights the hotel is around 20 minutes flat walk in the centre and we had good weather so the walk was pleasant but if you need a taxi it was around €18-€20 euros there is a tram right outside which we didn’t use but you can take this into the centre, I thought it was a good location as it was away from the hustle and bustle but not to far, the rooms were spacious and clean the rooms were soundproof so you couldn’t hear any noise making it a good night sleep, beds very comfortable and room cleaned every day I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Florence.

No fridge in room No wardrobe to hang your stuff. I also advised hotel before that the purpose of our stay was celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary and when we arrived there was nothing special put in place, I would of liked even some rose petals on the bed or something of a nice touch.

The hotel was lovely and contemporary, very cool vibe between the amazing young staff and furnishings. The staff in particular were as friendly and helpful as anyone could hope for. The breakfast choices were numerous and fresh, coffee was excellent also. We had a loft room which was large and bright with a small terrace balcony and we really enjoyed it and got great sleeps. It was far enough away from the city centre to be quiet but close enough (20 minute walk) to be there in no time. There is a tram stop immediately opposite with direct link to the airport, main railway station etc. We would definitely go back.

I love the staff, they are friendly and helpful - our booking was not forwarded by Booking.com but they got the arrangements sorted out very quickly and even upgraded us. the staff are agile, nothing is too much trouble for them and they really are very welcoming.

the galley is dreadful, guests need coffee, not mildly warm water and instant coffee. I get the lean luxury but compared with the Ruby Mimi in Zurich - there is work to do. my room was on the far side of the hotel, no one advised me that I would have to go through two fire escapes to get to my room. I spent a while trying to find my way around with all my luggage in tow.

I loved this hotel. The room was spacious, the bed extremely comfortable and the bathroom was huge and well equipped. The staff were pleasant and accommodating. Also the bar and lounge area is comfortable and fun with books and even games.

The breakfast was just okay. Location wise, I loved and hated. Right by a tram stop which was super helpful getting to and from the train station with out having to drag my luggage all over the place. But it is like a 25-30 minute walk to the city center (only 10-15 to the gallery academia). Which walking into town was fine, but after exploring all day walking back on tired feet in the blazing heat, it was a less enjoyable adventure. Less convenient but not a deal breaker by any means.

We stayed only a night and the room was amazing, very spacious with comfortable bed and very clean. The staff was extremely polite, kind and helpful. It`s a very good option to stay in Florence, is about 15 minutes by walk to the Dome in a quiet area at cross boarding for ZTL zone. For parking you have an option about 5-6 minutes far away by walk at Firenze Parcheggio Parterre for 16 EUR per 24h. It`s worth it because it`s safe and you simply enjoy the Florence as a tourist.

Despite the room was very nice, the location of it was exactly close to Galley, an open space for everybody and it`s door was slammed all the long night, thing that disturb our sleep.
