I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. We were greeted by a lovely and welcoming senhora who explained and showed us around. Our room was clean and spacious, and we had a balcony with a table and 2 chairs, where we spent our evenings. The room had everything we needed, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, towels, soap and shampoo. There was also a TV. Our room was cleaned daily, and the bedding and towels were changed. We had a modest breakfast included, but it was a pleasure to have breakfast in the garden. A cute ginger cat came to see us.

it would be convenient to have a refrigerator and a safe in the room

Near to the station Firenze Campo di Marte and also it’s possible to reach the city when you want to walk 20 minutes. But even then you can use the buses instead to go to some location pretty easily The employees are always friendly and when you ask for a good restaurant nearby they can give you good advices. The cleaner are everyday cleaning the room

Shower door was broken and some things were a bit dirty. The toilet brush was fully wet and the water was still in the container.

We liked the hotel, it is well located and very cozy. They offer a continental breakfast, which is very good. The room was spacious and cozy, with everything you need. The room and bathroom are clean. It is not located in the historic area, you must travel by train or bus. It is an 8-minute walk from the Firenze Campo Marte regional train station, which connects to the Firenze S.M.N. central station, which is located in the historic center.

Very simple accomodation, good for 1 night, very simple breakfast but you dont need to.look for the morning coffee -great cappuccino:) nice view from the balcony to the garden: bóg tree, lemons trees and orange trees and the shell of jasminum.

Very oldfashioned furniture ,but beds are comfortable so there is everything what you need for 1 night, no glasses in the room.

It was located fairly close to a railway station and a decent walk from the city center. No noisy streets. The sky view window was a nice touch.

The access is by door code, and I didn’t have one upon arrival, so it caused a little confusion. But the reception got me in after around 10 minutes.

The rooms were well-cleaned and very clean. The rooms were spacious enough and comfortable. The bathrooms are also clean and neat. There was a wide variety of towels, which we appreciated as well.

With no air conditioner, I found it too hot to sleep with only a fan in temperatures over 30 degrees Celsius! I also felt that the Wi-Fi connection was not good. It was not a problem during the daytime, but at night the situation worsened, and I had to use mobile data to access the Internet from my room.

It is convenient to explore San Marino and near to rimini.

There were many vintage decoration items and it is not safe enough if you have a child under age 5.

The room is nice with a ceiling window. Large window in the bathroom and spacious also. Near bus stops also but the neighborhood has not much restaurants. Breakfast is also ok.

No elevator so you have to bring your luggage upstairs.

Street parking very close to the hotel. Initially we were a little concerned as the room door was immediately behind the reception but we were delighted to find the room was quiet, comfortable and opened out onto a balcony that overlooked a pretty courtyard garden. Easy walk to the city centre.

Our Italian isn't great, which will always make things tricky, but the staff weren't very welcoming, borderline grumpy! Breakfast was just about OK but mostly prepacked stuff. The waitress wouldn't even let us have a second cup of copy.

Breakfast was good, especially the fresh made coffee, fresh juices and fruits that picked from their own back garden. Friendly atmosphere and good service. Good location from the city centre. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable with a beautiful view of the hotel's garden.
