I booked a bed in a 6 bed female dormitory. The room was spacious with a bathroom which was also big. Every bed had a curtain, so you got a sense pf privacy. The room and the bathroom was cleaned everyday. There was also an AC in the room. With every bed there was storage space, just bring youre own padlock. Also everybody gets towels, which is unusula for hostels. I was surprised to see that the hallway which led to the rooms was tastefully decorated with big mirrors, comfortable sofas chairs. There’s also a small dining hall with a fridge, cattle, microwave. Everyday there’s a breakfast for 5e, and a buffet in the evening for 10e and the drinks are included. The garden is nice too. It is very good value for the money you pay.

By far the most welcoming and comfortable hostel I’ve stayed in! My sister and I booked beds in the girls only dorm and found all of the facilities to be high quality. Great storage and decor in the rooms and hall spaces. Though out of Florence’s city centre, the bus and trains run frequently from nearby stops. All staff members we interacted with were very friendly and kind and created a great atmosphere in the bar patio space. Would happily stay again and recommend to friends or solo travellers!! :)

All of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Mark who helped us out with our reservation. He made sure that we had a satisfactory time staying at Hotel and Hostel 7, he was excellent. Also, the kind lady who helped me with washing my clothes (I didn’t catch her name), but after I had an accident earlier in the day involving coffee she managed to save my clothes and remove the stains, thank you so much! If I ever return to Florence, I would definitely choose to stay at Hotel and Hostel 7 again. :)

The place is really big, there's a garden outside and there are loads of couches etc. where you can sit and work in the hostel, so you feel at ease like you are in a great hotel. The room was nice and well organized, same for the bathroom. You can also leave your bag before the official check-in time freely, the staff is helpful and also quick to answer when you contact them.

First, my locker wouldn't close so I went to the staff and asked them to solve the problem. We ended up switching my bed so that I could use another locker. But I realised later on that despite using my lock, the locker's door could actually be opened by simply turning the handle a little bit. So that was a bit disappointing and worrying, since someone could literally open the locker and just get your things that easily, especially if you're planning to leave your bag there when you're out visiting the city. So make sure your locker is working just fine before leaving your stuff there...

The location is near to train station (Campo di Marte) and lots of restaurants and shops around. Receptionists are helpful (plus points they've got 2 Filipino receptionists). Luckily, I was able to stay in lower bunk bed as my request. Rooms and toilets are clean. They have free towel too.

Coincidentally I was staying with other kids booked in the hostel on the first week of May. Every morning you will hear them shouting, running or jumping which will disturb your sleep. I understand they are kids whose having fun, but its a hostel.

The staff were like family, warm and helpful even when I lost my keyfob. I loved the hot showers and the restaurant bar area which served tasty 🍕 pizzas with great deals and the bar staff who supplied me with ice cold water after trips away with great music. I liked the nearby bus stop (No 17 called Mille Sente Santa), adjacent shop and minimarket. I loved swimming in the huge outdoor pool with trees for shade and the cafe just down the road and popping into Badianis for a pistacchio Gelato. I met so many liovely people. I would definitely go back and felt so safe.

The only thing is the smaller self catering facilities but I was able to cook amazing pasta, risotto and couscous with a microwave bowl bought from the adjacent minimarket and the breakfast deal was excellent.

The entrance shares a gate with a beautiful cathedral. As you're walking through, i didn't know what to expect. I walked right into a very welcoming, energetic environment. The staff is warm, welcoming, and chill 😎 🤙. Great music at the bar. The other guests are also very cool, cosey, and warm. There were guests playing the piano every night.. ok to make this short. This place will definitely be one of your favorites. Walking distance to all attractions transportation. A must stay. 👌 florence.

The aesthetic and vibe of the property. Location - it is not the nearest to the city center. The neighborhood and nearby establishments (like Conad grocery - amazing!) are lovely and safe... helpful for solo travellers like me. Ensuite bathroom and toilet in my room was clean. Lucky to have good roommates.

The location... transportation was not the most relieable (sometimes early that you miss it, or late that you think you actually missed it) so it was a challenge travelling to and from the hostel and the city...

448 / 5 000 Very nice well-equipped hostel, we had a new and designer apartment with a private bathroom. The hostel is very clean, they cleaned our room every day. Friendly staff at reception, outdoor seating with a bar and restaurant and the option of breakfast. Excellent location a short walk from the train station and a short walk to the center. The nearest supermarket is right next to the hostel. The hostel exceeded our expectations and if we ever return to Florence, we will definitely choose Hostel 7. The price-quality ratio is excellent. I highly recommend it. :)

I missed hairdryer in the room but you can borrow it at the reception. :)

Is a hostel with many private rooms . The rooms are big enough . All in the room is New and provide all the necessary for enjoy the stay .environment is like hostel /hotel if u wanna talk with other travelers can go to común áreas or if looking for private space just stay in the room. The staff always helps us if we have a request . Totally recommend for a long stay in Florence (breakfast included was good )

The first time I saw the location I thought it could be an inconvenience. Pero the hostel is perfectly connected by bus to the city center (10 min) . Train station and all the tourist points in the city. Location can be better. But not was a problem for us
