The place is really big, there's a garden outside and there are loads of couches etc. where you can sit and work in the hostel, so you feel at ease like you are in a great hotel. The room was nice and well organized, same for the bathroom. You can also leave your bag before the official check-in time freely, the staff is helpful and also quick to answer when you contact them.

First, my locker wouldn't close so I went to the staff and asked them to solve the problem. We ended up switching my bed so that I could use another locker. But I realised later on that despite using my lock, the locker's door could actually be opened by simply turning the handle a little bit. So that was a bit disappointing and worrying, since someone could literally open the locker and just get your things that easily, especially if you're planning to leave your bag there when you're out visiting the city. So make sure your locker is working just fine before leaving your stuff there...

The staff were like family, warm and helpful even when I lost my keyfob. I loved the hot showers and the restaurant bar area which served tasty 🍕 pizzas with great deals and the bar staff who supplied me with ice cold water after trips away with great music. I liked the nearby bus stop (No 17 called Mille Sente Santa), adjacent shop and minimarket. I loved swimming in the huge outdoor pool with trees for shade and the cafe just down the road and popping into Badianis for a pistacchio Gelato. I met so many liovely people. I would definitely go back and felt so safe.

The only thing is the smaller self catering facilities but I was able to cook amazing pasta, risotto and couscous with a microwave bowl bought from the adjacent minimarket and the breakfast deal was excellent.

Is a hostel with many private rooms . The rooms are big enough . All in the room is New and provide all the necessary for enjoy the stay .environment is like hostel /hotel if u wanna talk with other travelers can go to común áreas or if looking for private space just stay in the room. The staff always helps us if we have a request . Totally recommend for a long stay in Florence (breakfast included was good )

The first time I saw the location I thought it could be an inconvenience. Pero the hostel is perfectly connected by bus to the city center (10 min) . Train station and all the tourist points in the city. Location can be better. But not was a problem for us

448 / 5 000 Very nice well-equipped hostel, we had a new and designer apartment with a private bathroom. The hostel is very clean, they cleaned our room every day. Friendly staff at reception, outdoor seating with a bar and restaurant and the option of breakfast. Excellent location a short walk from the train station and a short walk to the center. The nearest supermarket is right next to the hostel. The hostel exceeded our expectations and if we ever return to Florence, we will definitely choose Hostel 7. The price-quality ratio is excellent. I highly recommend it. :)

I missed hairdryer in the room but you can borrow it at the reception. :)

This hostel is well kept and clean. Great location near the central train station and ,depending if you prefer walking or taking the public transportation, the city center is easily accessible in both ways. Hostel is clean and comfortable with nice rokokoo furniture that brings a nice touch to it. Kitchen is good and you can find an oven, stove and a washing machine!! If you need to wash your clothes, here you can do it and dry them on the little balcony next to the kitchen. Although I had nice stay of 6 nights there was a person who smoked. The smoke often spread to the hostel. This person also smoked in the toilet leaving the cigarette stump in the toilet. This was very unpleasant experience as a smokeless person. However telling about it the staff, they took care of it instantly and the problem was solved. All in all, I had a good experience in this hostel. Recommended. :)

Really nice hostel. Well-placed with a beautiful outside bar, really nice to meet people and enjoy. All the staff are really respectful and will help you in any need. The bed is really confortable. There is also an air conditioning in the room.

There are a lot mosquitos, even with the mosquito net in the windows. Also, the living room is really poor, with a broken sofa that become anoying if you stay sit by a long time. Also, there is no frigobar at the room, so you can't bring any food if you plan to stay for a long perior.

This was actually really good value for money. It's a bit far out so I was worried about that at first, but then it turns out there are some convenient and fairly frequent buses you can take, so as long as you're fine with public transport there's really no big trouble getting around as long as you remember to buy your bus tickets in advance. The bed is nice and comes with a nightlight and plug, you get a towel, and each bed has a side table with drawers to put your stuff, if you're on the ground bunks.

Wasn't hugely impressed with the breakfast, but for 5e it's fine. Staff could've been a bit more helpful, I was trying to figure out how/where to buy bus tickets so I could get around in the morning and she was just like 'convenience store' and no details or anything. Ended up having to walk 10 min to the station bc couldn't find out where (did go to two nearby stores and neither seemed to be selling, no idea what she was talking about).

The town is very walkable therefore the location suits our needs perfectly. The hostel itself was everything that is listed - beautiful rooms in industrial style, in the same yard with the Sette Santi church. It has free luggage storage and big garden. It’s very near to the stadium, so for the football supporters it’s perfect accommodation. Also, in front of the hostel there was a bus station which leads to the old town.

Nothing, everything was what I expected.

Room as exactly as expected, they gave us towels which was really nice. They have a pizza + drink deal for 9,90€ which was really good! Also the outside sitting area is great.

The showers in our floor could’ve been a bit more private. I showered in the women’s shower but my friend said there was some mold in the men’s shower…

The bathrooms were great, the rooms were spacious with big lockers, the breakfast area is modern and comfortable, there is a microwave available, and a supermarket right next door. The manager is so nice and extremely helpful.

It is a 30-40 minutes walk into the city but there is a train station 10 minutes away and the train only takes 5 minutes to get to the city. The hostel isn’t the most social, but that also may have been because I had the form to myself for most of my stay. Also, be warned - this hostel is inside what used to be a hospital and is attached to a church.
