The room was exceptional. The Air Conditioning was fantastic. Tiziana was a fantastic host, on the day I arrived she explained everything about the Guest House. It is outside of Florence City Centre, but this is a good thing because you don't have to deal with a busy area, it is a cheap price on train to get to city centre €1.60 and it only takes 5-10mins on train. The train station Campo Di Marte is a 5min walk from the Guest House.

There was nothing I didn't like, everything was perfect.

Clean, comfortable and the host Tiziana is very warm and helpful. I would recommend this place to all.

It’s out of the city centre but quite convenient since the bus stop is just a few blocks away. The problem of taking bus is u need to make sure where to stop. There is also a train station about 800m- 1km away, just that you need to go up and down the stairs to reach the property. If you are taking big luggages, it is impossible to use the fly over. I end up taking a taxi from Canpo Di Marte train station to the property.

The rooms and decor were beautiful and we received excellent service! Front desk staff were always willing to call for a taxi for us. There were an assortment of pastries and coffee/tea available 24/7. We were able to walk easily to a laundromat just down the road to catch up on laundry, too.

The location was somewhat far from the city center and a taxi ride one way was around $20 a trip so that added up quickly since we stayed three days. Also, we had a roll-away bed for one person and it was not very stable and a thin mattress.

Very friendly and clean place !! She help for all the questions we have and very kind. We like to stay there. Every day some cookies and coffee’s , tea's (24 hours you can have ) Nice and silence place !!

Need to take bus for go to the center. But becauseof construction of the way sometimes bus driver stop midle of the way and say its ok untill here we come. No other explanations. We have some unfriendly bus driver experiences. All the rest is ok.

Aside from the room being spacious, well designed and complete amenities (with bidet and heated towel rack!), the service is what makes this place impeccable. We were welcomed warmly by Tatiana, given a tour of our room and snacks/coffee while waiting for check in. Grazie Mille!!

A bit far from the center so if you’re staying out at night, you’ll need to wait for the bus. But it’s in a safe and relaxing area which is what matters!

The hotel owners were very kind people; whenever we asked for help, they assisted us immediately and resolved the issue. On the first day, we had a mosquito problem, but the hotel owners resolved it the same day after we informed them. Overall, it’s a nice hotel — comfortable and reliable.

You need to take a bus to go to the Santa Maria Novella main station, as there are no frequent trains departing from Campo di Marte station, unfortunately.

The owners of this hotel were extremely helpful and superb. We arrived at the hotel late night and could not figure out how to open the door. The owner was willing to come to us immediately and show us how to open the door, even though it was late at Christmas. She helped us, as foreigners, in English, with arranging taxis, dealing with lost items, etc. As well as the staff, the rooms were decorated very lovely and there were even complimentary snacks and tea service. Overall, this was the best hotel of our trip. I would stay there again if I had the chance. Thank you very much!

The room was clean and comfortable with air conditioning. The hostess was kind and very accommodating. We arrived prior to check-in thinking we would just drop our luggage and come back in an hour but Tiziana checked us in and took us to our room. This was very much appreciated after a long travel. Tiziana also responded quickly replacing a hair dryer that was not working. She goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable! I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Florence. It is a little bit away from the center of the city. But it is an easy walk and a nice way to see more of the city.

The only think that was a bit of a frustration was the door to our building. It had a separate lock and was a bit finicky to open. Otherwise everything was wonderful!

The staff paid attention to the details. Tiziana realised we were on honeymoon and prepared a surprise for us. Additionally, she clarified all our questions, gave us tips, and even sold bus tickets for us. Regarding the hotel itself, loved the decoration, the room was extremely clean, the heater was working fine and the bathroom was good.

I'd say the location isn't the best because it's a bit far from the main tourist attractions. However, it wasn't a problem at all because we could catch the bus or walk a reasonable distance (3 km)

Palazzo Lombardo was a tidy palazzo with a good sized room for three people. We had a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. We enjoyed our morningcoffee on a apartment balcony. The hostess was very helpful with anything we wanted to ask. Bed was wonderfully large. The apartment had a store, gelateria and some restaurants nearby. Busstop was very close. There is a shortcut to the citycenter from the palazzo.

The apartment is a short walk from citycenter.
