I was absolutely amazed by my stay at this bed and breakfast. The house itself is stunning, full of charm and character, and immediately makes you feel welcome. The rooms are spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable — every detail feels thoughtfully chosen. The staff were exceptional: warm, friendly, and genuinely caring, making me feel like more of a guest in their home than a customer. The atmosphere was peaceful and inviting, perfect for relaxing and truly enjoying the stay. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the cozy rooms to the overall hospitality. I can’t recommend this place highly enough and can’t wait to come back!

Simona and her daughter truly run a Spectacular home that is both elegant and majestic . Our room was the one with this large balcony on the front in the picture above and the aroma of the orange trees outside in the morning with our coffees, and the beautiful hills to the side with the lush green hills and cypress trees , truly made us know we were now in Tuscany but without the hustle and bustle of beautiful Florence only a few minutes away 🥰 Breakfast was so delicious and these hosts were so helpful with our bus tickets and suggestions that our stay here for two nights before getting our car was truly a memorable and lovely experience .

Not a negative thing to say .

Everything was absolutely perfect!!! Sourranding area, the view from our windows, equipment we had to use in our apartment. It was cosy and peacefull place to stay, the best in Florence for us! We had everything we needed and even more. I am totally delightfull with this place. After getting around we had a wonderfull time to rest and stay in Mrs Dimora Salviati B&B. Mrs Salviati is a wonderfull host - very helpfull, kind and allways ready to give the information we needed. We could get there easily with three buses from and to the City center. We lived in the apartment upstairs and all the floor was for us - we had full comfort and freedom and also beautifull view from the terrace. That was the best place to stay - and when I come back to Florence - I will surely stop in Mrs Dimora Salviati B&B- nowhere else!!!

There was nothing to complaim about because everything was absolutelly unique and perfect- the place, the apartment and the surranding area- all the best.

An excellent property, surrounded with lots of greenery. It is conveniently located opposite the stop for bus # 7, that come from and goes to Firenze Santa Maria Novella Centrale Stazione in less than 15 minutes. The owner Simona and her daughters, who live in the house next to the guest building in the same compound made sure that our check-in, check-out and breakfasts were very comfortable. The rooms and linen were spotlessly clean. The attached balcony offered a nice sitting place with soothing nature view. I would look forward to a chance of staying here again in the future.

Where to begin: the property is absolutely charming! Our hostess and her daughter Michaela are warm, welcoming and extremely helpful to foreign visitors 💕 my family felt like we had found friends and would very much like to return! The breakfast is delicious and plentiful, the rooms are wonderful and the terrace is a lovely place to enjoy a morning coffee or evening wine! The area is peaceful but very near to the bustling city center with a 20min walk.

Nothing!

The reception by the owner was wonderful, she was very nice and accomodating .. the villa itself is absolutely gorgeous, from the minutes ypu enter the gate and until you go into the rooms, it is picture perfect It is located 50 minutes away by foot from the center, quiet place but very nice and near many restaurants as well Breakfast was great, not many option for those who like a variety but it was traditional italian with accomodations of some foods for foriegners, we enjoyed it ALOT the room was clean and tidy, cozy. Bathrooms were great and when we asked for an iron, it was provided immediately .. All in all, a beautiful stay, would come back and definetely recommend

Breakfast - Fantastic, many healthy options, the egg machine was great and the lady working in the breakfast room was super polite and friendly. Bedroom - Way bigger than I expected and the balcony was huge, with a great view including the tip of the Duomo. It was also very clean with good storage and good AC. Other - The surrounding gardens were gorgeous, I bet they are especially nice in summer. The property felt extremely secure and was far from the main tourist hell that Florence sadly has become (I appreciate I am also a tourist). It was very easy to get to the main tourist sites.

Not a criticism of the property but a warning for anyone using the bus to move around. The bus services nearby are not reliable at all, especially line 7. If google maps says it will be 30 minutes to wherever, you should really add another 30 mins on to that to make sure you're not late to any museums etc. We only caught our train to Padova as a local offered to taxi share (as the bus never showed).

The hotel was absolutely stunning. Everything was perfect. There was a possible parking inside the garden. We got also bus tickets for 1.5 Euro. The bus station (bus 7) is only 3-4 minutes from the hotel and takes you to the city center in 15 minutes more or less. The room was clean and spacious. We got a bottle of red wine (Chianti) as a welcome drink with 2 glasses, that was really a kind gesture and the wine was really great :) There are orange trees around the entrance. We got different keys, not only for the rooms but for the main entrance and other doors as well. A map was given and explained to us about Firenze, especially the traffic and public transport options that really helped. The breakfast was simple but delicious.

Everything was just perfect. Very friendly and helpful lady's. Big room and bathroom comfortable bed. Airco was ok and not noisy Good breakfast. Parking was ok. A bit far from the historical centre but nice and quiet for a good night sleep. You can walk there for about 30min. I did that and i felt safe. Definitely a option for my next trip to Florence and I will recommend to friends and family.

Amazing hotel! Felt like a fairy tale! The building is quite medieval but very well maintained. The property is super clean! We stayed in the suite which was really spacious and clean! I particularly liked how clean the bathroom was! Kudos to the family team for keeping this place looking amazing!

There was no elevator which was needed to carry our huge box up the stairs. However we understand that the building is old. The breakfast was really basic. Could have been better really.
