Decent room, good location for buses etc. Nice little district at the bottom of the road, over the bridge, for supermarket, coffee shops etc

Quite a walk from the centre. Didn't bother us as we love to walk. Bus stop close for people that have difficulty walking. Communication was a little off as I had tried to ask for breakfast over 2 days via, Booking.com, text and wattsapp. None of them got through. Not a great concern I would definitely return

The staff at the hotel truly went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. Their helpful recommendations for local restaurants, hidden gems, and transportation options greatly enhanced my experience in Florence.

The host and staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The bathroom was of a good size and the shower functioned well.The swimming pool was great for our kids and we were able to use the outdoor space until late in the evening.

We have nothing but praise for this accommodation.

The B&B is very much self service. On site staff is non existent pretty normal post covid. Early departure so we didn't get breakfast. You are sent entry instructions through booking.com. somewhat complicated but once you get there easy enough to understand. Very nice Belle epoque neighborhood, quiet, lots of tree lined streets. The room itself was nice, comfortable, had a small fridge. Very comfortable mattress. .

Location is a 10 to 12€ taxi ride from SMN station. Do NOT recommend you try walking it with a suitcase. Google maps says 3.2 km. If you are driving neighborhood parking seems sparse.

The location was nice with easy bus access to centre of Florence, the room was clean, bed was comfortable, tv had numerous options (Netflix etc), ensuite was nice, fridge in the room was handy, kitchen facilities (kettle/microwave/crockery) were helpful, outdoor terrace area was nice.

The upstairs neighbours were a bit noisy at times.

The shower was full of mold and only tea not coffee was provided

The place was nice and clean. Rooms and the kitchen were spacious and nice. Had all the facilities in n the room. Best for the short stays when you don’t plan to cook anything at all.

The kitchen facilities were not quite good as it doesn’t have a hob or a sink. And the back door can’t be locked as far as we realised which made us feel a bit unsafe. And we didn’t get any breakfast, even though it’s a b&b but the everything else was quite good.

Great place and location.
