The hotel is located in a very quiet neighborhood. It is well located at 10 minutes from Rifredi Railway Station that directs you to the rest of Italy and an 8 minutes Walk froma T1 tram that takes you to the center or Careggi Hospital. There are 2 bus lines that take you to the center and everything is reachable by public transportation. The hosts are very welcoming and supportive. The room was very clean and well equiped with toiletries a small fridge and a tv. Italian breakfast was included. They suggest you places you can eat around the neighborhood. Value price to quality is very good for Florence, maybe the best so far.

This is a very friendly family-run hotel just outside the city centre. Everything is clean and the room is serviced often. The street outside is quiet and clean too. There is a supermarket, pharmacy, pizzeria and laundrette all within two minutes' walk. The tram stop is a 12 minute walk away and very pleasant.

I had a single room and it's basically a place to sleep. There's no view to speak of and facilities are basic but clean. All this is reflected in the price and I have absolutely no complaints. It suited me perfectly for a four-night stopover.

I loved the service, the hosts were very friendly, kind, lovely. There was a woman who tried to explain to us the tourist places of the city, it was a bit difficult to understand, but she was so kind and repeated many times, we really appreciated that. The room, the bathroom, the common places were clean, organized. The place itself is in a very good zone, very well located, it was easy and fast to arrive to other places, and it's close to a supermarket and a laundromat, which was really convenient.

Very friendly service and the included breakfast was an unexpected bonus. Our room had a lovely balcony and rooms were refreshed daily. Only thing to note is that it is a bit removed from the city centre, which means a long tram ride and it was difficult to get access to buses nearby during certain times of the day also limiting choices for meal times. This of course meant that we got to see a less touristy side of the city which was also really nice. All in all I would definitely book here again!

Room was quite large with a modern bathroom and everything was well maintained. Well located for a visit to certain parts of the university and easy public transport links to the city centre. Had no issues with the wifi, breakfast was ok and check-in was easy once I found the place. The room had a ceiling fan to keep the heat at bay. The staff were very friendly and had some good suggestions for places to eat.

The hotel wasn't entirely trivial to find as it's not super well signposted and depending on other guests it could get a little noisy at times. The pillows were a bit solid for my liking, too.

The hotel is close by the railway station in a suburb of Florence. The neighborhood is quiet. You can buy public transport tickets in the bar next to the entrance. The train takes 8 minutes by train to the main railway station (Santa Maria Novella) which is very close to the historic center. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Price is very affordable.

Nothing worthwhile to mention

Absolutely pleasant service. Accessibility to the city great, two streets from the tram which goes directly to the main station. Half an hour walk north and you will see beautiful villas with a rich history. This was a very pleasant experience. Amazing quiet place.

Absolutely negligible details like dust on the big cabinet or electric sockets. Otherwise it's a very clean place

Comfortable beds, easy check in and added bonus of pastry and coffee in the morning. The family that run the place are just delightful, very helpful and so kind (husband made me a coffee every morning). Location was also great - very easy to get into the city centre.

Does get a bit hot in summer even with the fan but it was also over 30 degrees so to be expected!

We were offered free breakfast, thank you very much! The center of Florence is very close by train - but you need to take the train, just for 1 stop though. There is a lot of free parking in the street The staff was amazing!

It is an old hotel, which is quite far from Florence city center - can be approached only by train. However the train station is very close, and the ticket was cheap. This hotel doesn't have any aircondition facilities, so it can get hot during the summer. It didn't ruin our stay for us, as we needed a hotel with parking for our car, which is difficult to find for free in Florence.

Very good stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location and it is a quiet neighbourhood. It was very close to the train station and you could buy a ticket there to go into the city centre. The room was very clean and fitted the pictures shown. We would definitely go back there if we are ever travelling to Florence again.
