I loved the cleanliness of the place. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. The front desk staff were helpful, especially Christian . He helped us by giving us information in how to best get around. The staff speaks many languages. Another great thing was theit breakfast, for $7.00 you will have a continental breakfast with many options. You wont be disappointed.

The property needs updating in the bathrooms, there’s humidity in the walls and bathroom door. The rooms are not well insulated; he could hear everything from the room next door.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our visit to Florence. The location was perfect, especially since it was very close to the concert we attended. Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations — the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we especially appreciated the private parking, which made things so much easier. A special thanks to Hassan at the reception — he was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. His warm attitude truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence!

The main advantages of the hotel in my opinion: 1. free parking next to the facility. 2. 5-minute walk to the tram station that leads to the center. 3. The offer in the hotel lobby is excellent, you can buy drinks, food, snacks and sweets.

1. Uncomfortable and old beds that creak a lot. 2. Avoid rooms next to elevators because you won't sleep all night. 3. Bad water pressure, at least in our room it was. 4. Very thin hotel walls and you can hear everything in the room next to you. 5. The hotel may have a somewhat passable rating, but it is not worth the money you will spend definitely.

Feel like the hotel offered everything you needed for a quick stay. The hotel rooms felt appropriate for the occasion and we got everything we needed. Also, the staff is very kind. There were no parking spaces left outside and one of the staff members helped us out by giving us his parking spot, so we did not have to go to the underground parking with our large car.

Paper thin walls, the morning cleaning service woke us up a bit earlier.

The staff is super helpful and speaks different languages. The rooms are very clean and the cleanup is on point. A bit on the smaller side, but still really comfortable and well equipped. The bed was awesome. Best sleep I had this trip. Breakfast was very good, with a lot of variety and fresh products. Location was a bit far from the centre, but with the tran nearby, it is really easy to move from one part to the other. Loved my stay at the hotel Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

The rooms have code locks. I would rather have the card key, but it still worked flawlessly

The room was clean, beds comfortable, decently sized fridge and good bathroom. The staff were helpful and present 24/7. We came and went freely. Easy access to the city centre via tram which is 5-10 minute walk away. Good place to use as a base if you are going to be out most of the day. Not high end luxury, but this is expected given the price. Value for money in my opinion.

Modern and smart hotel. Close to the airport - you can get the tram (and tap your card) and then it's a short walk. I (lone female) did it at midnight and it felt fine/safe. I was able to check in late. Clean and comfortable room. Lift up to the rooms.

Would be nice to have a bottle of water in the room. Some noise from other rooms but this didn't go into the night. Seems quite expensive for what it is.

Room was good. We got it for parking, picked up rental car from the airport, but parking was limited. Had to struggle for parking, when we came back from dinner after 10 pm. But stuff was always open to help. Had most of the necessary items you need in lobby (you must pay). I would stay there again if I have to pickup car form the airport.

Only thing is wish the nearby metro/bus was close enough. It takes more than 20 min to reach the nearby public transport.

-Free parking -Satisfactory breakfast -Close to public transportion -Staff was very helpful and kind. Especially, the lady working at breakfast was very helpful and friendly. Additionally, the receptionist on duty the day we checked in was also helpful. We needed an iron and he provided one immediately.

-There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. -The garbage can of the people who stayed before us was full and forgotten on the balcony. -When we came for room cleaning, our towels were not changed. -It would be better if the kettle was in the rooms rather than in the lobby. -The room was small for 4 people.

The staff were super helpful, breakfast was awesome, room although small and a bit cramped was sufficient for our 3 night stay. T2 tram easy to get to and able to buy tickets at tram stop. Car parking outdoor carpark and undercover car park available and secure. Also a bonus was our room must have been near to a kitchen or bakery because every morning we woke up to our room smelling like fresh baked croissants hahaha
