I would recommend the hotel for several reasons. The staff are very cordial, attentive and friendly. On the second day, the staff knew my name and served me breakfast according to my preferences from the day before. My family and I had a lot of support from the moment we arrived until we had to ask for a cab at the last minute. The hotel is next to a supermarket, next to a commuter train station (T2) and the neighborhood is great. There's a park opposite the hotel and a tobacco shop selling transport tickets right next door. The breakfast is up to standard. We can only thank you for an excellent stay. Great location right on the tram line that runs from the FLR Airport to the center of town. Supermarket next door, and restaurants within easy walking distance. Breakfast was great, including fresh fruit, meats, cheeses, breads, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, juice, and coffee made to order. The helpful guy at the front desk arranged a cab to take us to the airport for a very early flight and answered all of our questions. Would recommend and would stay here again.

There were three of us, and the room was quite small to accommodate the beds and luggage. Also, there was only one towel hook in the large bathroom—they could use some additional hooks or towel bars.

Meters away from the tram station and a mall Centimeters away from a large supermarket I recall the booking didnt include breakfasy but they provided us with a free breakfast anyway (upgrade) My family left with the key and the hotel staff helped me enter the room without the key The lady at the reception was very nice and welcoming

Not so many restaurant options in the vicinity. Ihad lunch at a srilankan restaurant nearby and fell sick. Dont go to the restaurant. The breakfast was humble Croissants, carton juice, corn flakes, cheese and cold meats. Whole Fruits. Hot drinks. Thats it.

Very clean and comfortable. Great location outside the hustle and bustle of the city. Tram stop just outside and they are every 5 mins with a short 10 minute trip to Santa Maria Novella. Handy mall over the road. Staff are great and friendly. Was super cheap and great value for the money. Decent free breakfast too.

Only slight thing is that walls are very thin so you can hear lots of noise.. hopefully have quiet, respectful neighbours. Most will be fine but light sleepers bring some ear plugs. Def worth it for the price, location and cleanness.

Amazing staff - Ilya at the reception desk was friendly, knowledgeable and had us ready to go in no time. He was also very generous with his time, making sure we were comfortable in our room. The room itself was great for our family, with two single beds (one for our kid) and a large double. The location, for functionality, is phenomenal - Florence's tram service is great, running from 5am, and the tram stop is a few minute's walk from the hotel, even with heavy bags. It can get a bit noisy outside but the beds were comfy enough that we didn't really care. Aircon was a must but at the low level it was quiet. Tiny fridge was enough for our few hotel snacks and the bathroom was functional with a good, powerful shower. There seems to be a trend for direct-overhead showers in hotels in Florence, which is great if you're looking to wash your hair every shower but not so easy for my wife who just wanted a freshen up! Really though, check in and check out are so easy, breakfast is plentiful and tasty, location amazing and staff - pure excellence. They answered questions about the stay swiftly before we arrived and made the stay much better.

Decor was a little dated but I think that comes with having old-school buildings in Italy! It wasn't something that put us off at all. Everything felt clean and well put together.

- Very helpful lady at the reception. - Since room was ready, so early check-in allowed us more time to visit Florence city center. - Parking (few euros extra charges) just underground, which was really good. - Comfortable beds. Bathrooms etc all neat and clean. - Very good breakfast. Overall very happy.

- There was some food street event going on right opposite to hotel, and they played music till very late in the night, which was quite disturbing. - The little fridge was teasing with every few minutes noise. Probably old or faulty compressor.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Paganini! The room was very clean and had all facilities. The staff were courteous and very helpful. The coffee was absolutely wonderful. They offer complimentary breakfast which was delicious. They had a good spread of breakfast dishes along with coffee and juice. The freshly made croissants were to die for! We also took suggestions from the staff for good local eateries around the area. Elias and Mariette were very sweet and helpful. The location of the Hotel is great, with the airport just 10 minutes away and a supermarket just opposite the hotel. There are a few good restaurants as well within walking distance. Overall, a pleasant experience.

The only downside was that the room was quite hot and there was no AC or fan. We could open the windows, but there were mosquitoes. That's why rating it a 9/10.

Place is better than the photos. Shower is great, room was clean and comfortable. Parking lot is external but very close to the hotel and convenient. Decent breakfast, with a small variety of items but hot drinks freshly prepared. Don’t expect a 4 star continental breakfast (it’s a simple hotel, but what they offer is more than ok). Bus to the city center is close, which is great because the last thing you’ll want is to adventure yourself with a car in the old village.

It was wonderful after a long day to come back to an immaculate clean room, that was awesome. Once you get the hang of the parking and transportation, it’s really easy to get right downtown but stay in a location with residential prices. 1 tram in front gets you there (downtown) in a straight shot. Plus, great supermarket across the street, was handy. Staff were pleasant.

Breakfast was ok, same thing every day and wish it had fruit or a selection. The coffee was pretty rough but next door (opens at 6:30) has coffee for a euro with upbeat staff. Breakfast does the trick, though, just the same each morning.

I was a little sceptical about the hotel first based on the feedbacks previous guests had left. But I was so wrong. The hotel was exceptional, 10/10. Firstly it was very easy to find, 1 min walk from the metro station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us very detailed information and a city map. Then came the room. It was very spacious, clean, with private bathroom (something rare in Italy) and with all the necessary facilities. There was warm water all the time. We didn’t have to turn on the AC as the room had the perfect temperature, not too warm, not too cold. We had a great sleep. Then came the breakfast. The comments said that it wasn’t enough, but we found it to be plenty. You had a variety of choices, from toasts, to eggs, to butter and jelly sandwiches, to different croissants and different drinks (coffees, milk, juices). We didn’t want to leave the hotel. I definitely recommend it, and i would gladly return to it.
