From the first moment you enter Villa Rigacci, you feel immersed in the history of Tuscany. The interiors of the villa have a magical touch of charm, between past and present. Above all, the peace and music blend perfectly with the atmosphere. The staff, Mr. Federico and his family, are very kind and friendly in welcoming you as old friends and relatives. The outside view is breathtaking, immersed in nature with beautiful horses, donkeys, dogs and the background of the chirping of swallows. Abundant breakfast, excellent food and wine.

The staff were fantastic and made us feel welcome. They were also extremely helpful and accommodating. We had to leave before the breakfast hours, so that packaged us breakfasts to go. We enjoyed the the pool and the villa grounds. We were pleasantly surprised to see donkeys and horses playing in the field when we were having dinner.

Was disappointed by our dinner in the restaurant at the Villa. We ordered Bruschetta and it was not very appealing and the prosciutto & Melon could have been cut off the rind. The melon however was deliciously sweet.

This is well maintained old family vila, where you can turn back to the roots of European culture, habits and way of life just before the modern revolution come... - The staff was polite and friendly - The facilities was in good condition and brings you back to the history - The restaurant provides a typical Italian cuisines & wine - The swimming pool was just in front of the restaurant, wide open and clean - The surroundings of the property, well, this is a rural part of the region, surrounded with many small villages.

As and the other part of Italy, there are speaking perfect Italian with no exceptions :), could not say the same for the English language :) ... so be patiently prepared with your google translator :)

We booked this place at the last minute and it was better than we imagined. The breakfast was amazing. Federico is amazing and accommodated us . He let us stay in the villa all day and let us check out after we had dinner at the restaurant which was 10/10

I loved everything

The room was very clean and the staff very friendly. You stay in an old Italian villa at a location that is surrounded by green and makes you feel you are away from everything. The breakfast was elaborate, although a lot of the choices were cakes and other sweets. Coffee and eggs freshly made-to-order. At 5 min walking there is a pizza place / bar / everything shop with the best pizza we had in our entire stay in Italy. Really good restaurants in the area, but also the restaurant at the hotel was nice and definitely worth at least one visit during your stay.

The facilities were a bit outdated in some areas and could use a paint job, like the pool area. Also, huge problem were the mosquitoes. We kept the windows in the room closed since the insect screens were also in need of replacement. This worked fine in combination with the airco, but being outside pretty much anywhere in Tuscany requires a huge amount of bugspray and/or skin covering clothing.

Stunning villa in a beautiful location. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. A beautiful tranquil location with wonderful views. Rooms are beautifully decorated and there is a beautiful living/library area with wood fire in which one may enjoy a glass of wine. The home cooked dinner was excellent as was the breakfast the following morning. A lovely family run unique Tuscany villa with a personal touch. Highly recommend and we look forward to returning soon.

Everything was great. Location was perfect… in the hills and surrounded by nature and next to main road network for driving and exploring the Tuscany region. Very peaceful and relaxing. The owners (Frederico and his family) were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure you had everything you needed. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Lovely pool area. Food at the hotel was very nice too. In all a fabulous rural hotel. We would definitely stay again.

Our family had a very nice stay at Villa Rigacci. The warm hospitality, spacious and clean room, and welcoming atmosphere made our trip truly special. The kids loved the pool, while we appreciated the serene ambiance and excellent service. The restaurant served excellent meals with a wide variety to suit everyone's tastes. We highly recommend it!

Beautiful hotel with breathtaking view of reggello, the o lu downfall is ud need to hire a car as the hotel is quite far from shops etc, its €€35 for a tax even if ur only going 10 minutes away very expensive. Its very isolated. The staff go above and beyond to make u feel at home and welcome, they are all so so lovely Beautiful people. The room was cleaned everyday beds were made fresh towels etc, nothing was too much trouble for the staff to help you with.. myself and my mam went out for a walk the 2nd day to take in the Beautiful views around the hotel and we wanted to sit down for a bit and there was no where to sit as the chairs were very badly rusted and very dirty and there was big green bugs everywhere on the seats .. the outside of the hotel could do with a do over and it seems with garden furniture is not looked after and left to rot witch is a down fall for guests who want to sit outside in the Beautiful sun and take it the Beautiful views around the hotel.. apart from that we had a lovely very relaxing few days in hotel rigacci. I had booked 2 single beds through booking.com and when we arrived it was a double bed I mentioned it to the lady and she said oh sure they separate anyway, so we had to separate them ourselves.

Very nice country side hotel. Perfect for families with children, who are on the road trip and need an overnight place to stay. Kids have plenty of room to run around, there is a swimming pool, where also little ones can play, who cant really swim jet (under supervision of course). Staff is very friendly and dinner was wonderful. We will definitely go back.
