Everything outside of the apartment is simply amazing! Great staff, great views, good pool. The breakfast was very good and especially for 9 euro per person, great deal for the offered products and good coffee.

Lack of very basic and simple kitchenware and consumables, as in you really need to come with dish soap and a sponge to clean the plates because if you don't, you pay a 50 euro fine. Also the bathroom... I know it is an old building and renovations are bard, but use a steamer to deep clean the tiles and the shower, replace the caulking around the shower and give it a new paint and that's more than enough. Also, very expensive restaurant for what they serve. The portions are so ridiculous. Just go outside and have a nice dinner at one of the taverns available in the nearby villages.

A true gem in the countryside that is definitely worth the drive through narrow, winding roads. Beautiful location and the food in the restaurant was delicious. Rooms were comfortable.

A couple of the staff in the main restaurant and breakfast dining room definitely need some customer service training! They were abrupt (bordering on rude) and a smile and cheerful disposition would not have gone astray. The reception staff were all lovely and very helpful when we needed to urgently call an airline and were having difficulty making contact.

The location was fantastic, the food is great and the property itself was amazing! The apartment we stayed was a little apart as I asked to be close to the parking and I think this apartment does not get used often. The floor was a little dirry and the terrace had not been cleaned. We also had some water issues with low pressure in the mornings. That said, i loved the place and its surroundings and the kids had great fun. The views were out of a movie! The staff were super nice!

The pictures do not do justice to this place. It is so much more beautiful in person and huge. The whole place is maintained perfectly. Kudos to the staff. Breakfast was ok, good options but sometimes not enough fruit for everyone. Pools were clean and great!

Beds and pillows were not so comfortable but was ok. Restaurant on site a little on expensive side but good dishes.

Very good value for the money. The hotel is located in wonderful place. Its territory is a great plus. We stayed there two times for one night in a few different rooms. First time it was family room with 2 bedrooms, second time 2 dbl rooms with living room each. All rooms had a small kitchen with all necessary for light cooking (cutlery, pots, cups, wine glasses, cut board so on). Everything is clean, cosy rooms, all in order. No kettle but there is pot if you need to boil some water. Neat shower with bathgel and soap. Beds are comfortable with clean linnen. Both times we checked in late night and hotel has duty receptionist who can assist you in such case. Very helpful, painstaking, careful. Also hotel has a parking zone. Swimming pools we didnt use as it was quite cool weather already. Lowely place highly recommended if you search nice place for low price.

Its not that i didnt like smth but you have to be ready that hotel is not new one. As we came at night we had possibility to evaluate the dark road leading to the hotel (of course its not hotels fault). Day time all ok. I prefere brighter lighting in the living room and kitchen.

A wonderful experience! The resort is beautiful with incredible views and lovely pool. The stay was a very good value for the money. Breakfast was a generous spread and dinner, actually, was really incredible. The food was excellent. The apartment felt a little dark, and the kitchenette was very basic, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Overall, a really lovely experience at Fattoria Degli Usignoli and we would definitely stay there again.

The place is absolutely gorgeous, the kids and I had the best relaxing time. The dinner restaurant staff is adorable, particularly Miriam and the girls. Our kids were looking forward to dinner every night, the view and food are picturesque.

Breakfast and lunch staff ladies weren’t the most welcoming but it’s just a detail.

Amazing location, very well kept. Staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection. there's a restaurant on site and also a horse riding facility, both to be paid extra.

Rooms might benefit by a refurbishment, it would be nice to have more up to date facilities but they are as shown in the pictures.

This was such a lovely find! We booked last minute and found the property to be absolutely stunning. The rooms themselves definitely have a medieval feel to them but we had more than enough space as a family of four. Kitchen was well stocked, breakfast was worth the extra charge, and staff was lovely. Would return!

Wifi was very weak. I am a remote worker and had difficulty doing anything. My family had the same issue for leisurely internet use

You really get the feeling like you’re immersed in the beauty of Tuscany. It’s so peaceful and the restaurant has good food. They even had delicious gluten free & vegan options on the menu, which is hard to find in rural areas. They were able to accommodate a request for ground floor apartment. Really friendly staff!
