Eventhough the whole villa is as a museum, which we liked a lot, some parts should be renewed e.g. the bed(s)/mattress(es). Our bed/mattress was crooked.. It’s not pleasant to climb up the matress the whole night because it draggs you the whole night down. It wouldn’t hurt the staff from the restaurant to smile . They are very rude.

Our room was amazing and big, worth the price. Our window was towards the garden and pool so the views were amazing every time of the day. Location was really nice but you definitely need a car to get around. The hotel was really nice wherever you walked. Really peacefull. The WiFi worked even in our room even they just promised it to work in the common area. Drinks at the bar were decently priced for a hotel. Breakfast was good for italian standards.

Staff was sometimes hard to find and from the clothing you don't realise who is a guest and who is working. The ironing station needs to be fixed. Also having just one common washing machine for all the guests is definitely not enough. The restaurant we tried once for dinner but the price and quality didn't match in our opinion.

Location is fabulous especially for those who plans a whole day shopping in The Mall outlet. Historic building with panoramic view on Toscana Valley. Great restaurant.

Bathroom needs renovation. Bathtub has no curtains, water is everywhere.

If you want to step back in time with a relaxing atmosphere, this place is for you , as long as you don't expect a five-star experience, the views are a 10 , the building is rustic with its old charm . The rooms are large with beautiful views from the windows , the beds could do with an upgrade but it's better not to be too fussy as the Tuscan hills and the views make up for the sleeping conditions. We really loved the service from the staff , especially Silvia working in the morning , Thank you, Silvia .we highly recommend staying in Patina Hotel , for the best time in Italy 🇮🇹. Thank you to all the staff , you were amazing and made us feel at home . Grazie mille ❤️

We spend our vacations in Villa Pitiana from 2 to 10 July 2023r. This hotel is perfect. Beautiful view on tuscany landscape and old, mysterious villa. Food was very good with great variety of italian cakes or croissants. Room was huge, clean (room service everyday with fresh tovels and beding) and with also amazing view on the garden which surrounds villa. But the most important was always helpful personel. When we had an accident on vespa the manager of the hotel helped us with every issue from contact with police and emergency to transport our vespa to hotel without asking anything in return. Once again great Thank You Villa Pitiana. Trully worth to visit!!!
