A nice place on a reasonable walking distance (15-20min) from the old town. There are a lot of possibilities for public transportation nearby that will take you in various touristy locations. There were some nice restaurants nearby, some bars and in general it looked like a desirable area for tourists (there were a lot of people with suitcases all the time). There is a public parking nearby which for us was very important as we had a rental that we needed to park for a few days while we explore Florence and the cost was reasonable - 15euro for 24hours. People were very nice and friendly! The check in was easy and we have received instructions upfront on WhatsApp.

We liked everything on the property.The owner contacted us the day before providing all the necessary details for a smooth self check in-really helpful and precise. Near by there is a safe underground parking,which we used as we were traveling by car. The apartment is spacious and clean with comfortable bed,small balcony and functional air conditional. Irina,the lady who looks after the property was very nice and helpful. We would definitely recommend ❤️

The room was larger than we expected and very pleasant. The balcony was big enough for us to sit out there in the morning to eat our breakfasts and offered a decent view. The location is a bit outside the central core and there was some disruptive construction in the neighbourhood which made it a bit tricky to get to and from the B&B, but we liked the neighbourhood a lot. This is more a working area of Florence than a touristy area. The best part of our stay was the incredibly helpful staff person, who cleaned the rooms and made the breakfasts. Despite speaking almost no English she managed to alert us to the coming train strike in Italy and went out of her way to help us, saving us a lot of trouble and heartache.

The location is good. Close to the bus station. You can walk to the city center (20 min walk). Parking is available at an underground garage nearby (5 min walk). Plenty of spaces, for any car size. Clean and secure. 15€ per day. The Wifi is excelent (300+ mbps), with a stable connection. The room also has a small desk. The AC worked flawlessly.

The fridge is full of items you can buy. There is no place to put a single bottle of water, or anything of your own.

Excellent location — we really liked that it was slightly further out from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms are immaculately presented and super comfortable, with everything you could possibly need. The host was also super responsive via WhatsApp, which made everything really smooth.

The only thing to mention — which isn’t a negative — is that as it’s in an older building, the water drains a little more slowly in the shower and sink. It didn’t affect our stay at all.

This was an amazing find for Florence, if you don't mind being slightly out of the centre, there are good transport links, we did just walk in and out of the centre each day. I have never had such great communication and information about a stay before. I was sent clear pictures and videos of how to find the property, where the door was located and how to use the entry system. The apartments are secure with lift to the 5th floor. Room 504 with private terrace and sauna is a treat! The room is spacious, bright and clean. It was a separate toilet and shower a real time saver in the mornings. Full length mirror, hair dryer, plenty towels and there are sockets next to bed. There is a fridge with plenty of mini bar treats to purchase at reasonable price. The terrace and sauna are ideal and the views are incredible, wish we had another few days to have more time to enjoy. Honestly would recommend this in a heartbeat. The host was helpful in answering queries. A couple of things to note , there are alot of roadworks at the moment due to trams so you may need to walk a slightly different way. Although roadworks are outside the hotel rest assured you can't hear it from the room. Room 504 is up approx 16 steps in an L shape which are slightly narrow but enough room for a very large overpacked case. There is a lovely little café and pastry shop a few meters from the entrance with slightly warm filled croissants that we grabbed early on our last morning.

Centre of Florence, pictures don't do it justice. Amazing panorama of the city. Great neighborhood. Massive terrace with great amenities. Breakfast served on the terrace every morning. Housekeeper/breakfast lady was extremely polite and friendly. They allowed us to drop off our suitcases early and even took them up the stairs for us. We stayed in La Spezia, Rome, Naples, Venice and Como - Florence was our favourite because of this apartment.

The room was spotless. Irina, the cleaning lady, spoke enough English to communicate and was the friendliest person you can meet. Breakfast was beautifully served. Two air conditioning units helped us to cool down. The building is behind closed gates that made us feel safe. It is an old building but inside evrything is as modern as possible. Parking is only hundreds of meters away in a huge garage that is open 24/7. We walked to the city centre to meet David and took a taxi back (18 euros). Also, there is a supermarket about 3 minutes walk from the house in case you need anything. If we ever go back to Florence, I am sure we check the availability to stay here again. P.S.: Irina is the best! :)

If I really have to pick something negative it was the small table for a family of 4 to have breakfast on. We managed and it did not take anything away from the experince. We left with a big smile as we were served well for our money.

Very nice B&B with a small suite including a balcony. The standard was great and the staff was exceptionally nice and welcoming. Be aware though, it is located a bit outside. It took 20 minutes or so to walk from the train station. That means however off course it is very quiet away from the busy tourist attractions. On the same street you find a very nice busy restaurant. The breakfast in the room served on a tray was nice.

At the time of our stay the city was in the middle of the construction of a tram just outside the B&B. As a result we had to take some de-tours to get around it.

We travel as family of 3, 2 adoults and a 9-year old. We came arround 8 in the evening. In case of late check-in you need to send your passport copy to owners email. They communicate by whatsapp or booking (calling them is not an option, they direct you to whatsapp). Communication over booking is very good to, they response quickly. We read there were some issues with owners behavior-we can not say 1 bad thing about staying or attitude. And we are wery picky. The room vas wery spacious and spotles. The breakfast is served in the room (you need to mark on the menu, what you want, and leave the menu on the room door. Breakfast is delicius. Spacios room, 2 bedroom (each has a tv), 1 balcony Wi-fi works great. Parking is about 5 min away, 15€/24 hour Would definetly recomend to stay..
