Lack of natural light in apartment as in roof Not enough plates/cups (only enough for 1 each) No serving dishes etc Parking - bringing the car here is a bit crazy. The car park suggested is tiny and fitting our 4x4 through the doors was tight. Driving to car park is difficult as google maps sends you through the crowds and across the front of the Duomo!! Avoid this as you’ll be surrounded by thousands of tourists and look very out of place!! However owner of car park was very welcoming and helpful.

Amazing location! Super close to the Duomo. Easy walk to everywhere you want to be. You would think it would be noisy as close you are to many restaurants and tourists, but was surprisingly peaceful. Staff was most helpful, got us checked-in early as 1 of 2 rooms was available sooner. You can see the Duomo from one of the windows of each room.

We had 2 rooms. 3 ended up staying in the Presidential suite which was well furnished and amazing with lots of space. 2 stayed next door to a standard room that had a moldy smelling bathroom. Could not switch rooms as they were booked solid. Stayed only for only for one night so we dealt with it but worth mentioning.

Our stay at this apartment in Florence was absolutely fantastic. The location was incredible—right in the heart of the city and close to everything. The facilities were amazing, and the apartment offered a surprising amount of space, which is rare in a city known for compact accommodation. It was perfect for families, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up.

I have just one very minor suggestion: the TV aerial in one of the rooms wasn’t working. But honestly, that didn’t take away from the experience at all.

I appreciate the warm welcoming of the community and the support from the staff to help navigate throughout the city’s historical development. Claudio was patient and kind to facilitate the process of getting prepared for the adventure of Firenze.He answered all the questions and he had introduced me to the opportunity of seeing the florentines traditions of Firenze.. The room looked well organized and cleaned every day .Stuff was very friendly and willing to help and accommodate the guests. Location is spectacular and safe for guests.

I wished I could stay more and have a bigger room .

Room was comfortable - be prepared for a tiny elevator and the stairs for your workout. The rooms were comfortable - we had some hiccups that the Team addressed - be prepared for the old world charm that may not meet all of your "modern" needs. But the rooms were well appointed, clean and comfortable with helpful and engaging Front Desk Team members. Our family had 3 hospitality professionals with a combination of 90 years+ experience - a Director of Front Office, a Director of Housekeeping and an Assistant Director of Health and Safety - we had NO major complaints to express! We extend heartfelt Kudos to this great Team - they truly were a highlight for our Family trip in Italy - thank you for everything - the Family from The Bahamas!

Would have appreciated "stronger" air condition units in the rooms but we understood and appreciate every effort extended. We wish we had a few more days with you!

Perfect location - everything was within walking distance- 30 second walk to the Duomo, 10 mins to the train station, everything else was within 15 mins Helpful and friendly staff Very spacious room, walk-in wardrobe, separate jacuzzi bath (in room) and a great shower in the bathroom, comfortable bed Great aircon Wi-Fi was good Entertainment each evening on the street outside the hotel was great fun

Minor points - an iron was available on request but not an ironing board - Large windows but no view as the room was looking onto Eataly, we were out most of the time so it was fine

Absolutely loved our stay here. We were welcomed with a refreshing glass of Preseco. The staff was so professional, helpful, friendly, and cheerful. Everything was sparkling clean, breakfast lovely and comprehensive with inside and outer seating. The rooms modern and glamorous. Location perfect, within walking distance of the station and close to all attractions. Its a 10 out of 10 from me, and l'm pretty fussy 😀. Di Australia 🇦🇺

Our stay at Martelli 6 Suite & Apartments was absolutely fantastic! The location is unbeatable – right next to the Duomo, putting us in the heart of Florence with everything just steps away. It was incredibly convenient for exploring the city and soaking in its vibrant atmosphere. The apartment itself was a perfect blend of historical charm and modern comfort. The room was beautifully decorated with a classic style that made us feel like we were living in a piece of Florence's history. The bathrooms were modern, and well-maintained, which added greatly to our comfort. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Florence and would highly recommend Martelli 6 Suite & Apartments to anyone visiting this stunning city!

Great location, only 100m to the Duomo and easy walk to any of the attractions of Florence. 15-20 walk to the main railway station and 10min walk to the Uffici. Air conditioning worked well and our room was quiet. Kitchen facilities were basic but adequate. There are 2 small supermarkets within a 5 min walk, the provide a range of ready to eat or easily prepared meals the dont need cooking. We only used the fridge, microwave and kettle. Staff were great, happy to help with any inquiry.

Nothing really negative. The building is not modern and the room is a bit quirky but you have to expect that in the center of the old town. Not meant to be a criticism just be aware its not a modern hotel

We stayed in the Presidential Suite and oh my goodness what a luxury! It was huge and absolutely beautiful. The ceilings and windows were incredible, the seating area was perfect, the bathtub in the room was state of the art, the bed was insanely comfortable, and there was a WALK IN CLOSET for our luggage. I was afraid it would be noisy because of how close we were to Piazza del Duomo, but since this room faced inward to a space surrounded by residential buildings, it was actually very quiet. A perfect room with a perfect location!
