It's a calm area, nice well kept resort and clean. Accommodating, polite and helpful staff. Any issues were addressed swiftly. Pet friendly place.

Breakfast could have been a little more varried and refilled more frequently. Our toilet kept running water one night, but that was dealt with ASAP the next day, so not a problem.

Everything was amazing. It is close to Florence (Firenze), and the road is full of beautiful sights. The breakfast was really good, and all the staff are friendly and speak English.

The period of time we went, mid February, we couldn't take advantage of all the resort has to offer. I would recommend going around May. I bet it will be a perfect time.

It was within 30mins/1hr of most attractions in tuscany. Food was good with plenty of wine to sample given the region (chianti). Nice pool area with multiple hot tubs shared & private. With guests in and out doing their own thing it never seemed over crowded which was nice

The gym had most equipment but could have done with a weights bench. Lacking a lunch menu/ snack menu.

It was so beautiful. I didn't want to leave. It is newly renovated and they did such a great job. The room was clean, large and comfortable. The spa was still under renovations and not open, but I'd love to return once it's complete. The onsite restaurant was nice to have, and the staff was friendly. We had a rental car which made traveling there and around the area nice, and easy. The hotel was easy to find and had plenty of parking in their lot. To get something so beautiful and countryside just 25min from Florence was more than we could ask for. If you have a car I highly recommend a trip down to San Gimignano and hot air balloon ride outside of San Casciano Val di Pesa (Tuscany Hot Air Balloon Flight - viator.com). We did both and coming back to stay at Villa Cesa felt like home - comfortable and cozy.

Without a car the location may not be ideal for public transportation or things within walking distance. You're in the countryside and it is incredibly beautiful, but I'm glad we had a car. The roads from Florence to the hotel were very easy to maneuver and navigate - we're 2 female travelers that felt safe and had an amazing time.

Cleanliness. Modern, but with sensitivity to historical setting. Good facilities. Food/restaurant excellent. Staff helpful. Plenty if parking

Liked it all and felt comfortable from first arrival, but pool looked like it needed a clean. Gym was small, though had one of main pieces of equipment

The room was very clean and everything was new. The owner was very helpful about anything. I checked-in around 20.00 and I didn’t have any problem because the owner explained everything with details. He was so kind and friendly. The location of the hotel is very good, there are a lot of bars and restaurants and touristic places.

Very pleasant place in the hills of Tuscany. Comfortable rooms and very good breakfast. Views from the rooms and around the hotel are beautiful! It was our idea to stay in some interesting place when visiting Florence, it is some distance from city center but no problem with a car, and you drive some really great roads.

Everything. Staff was warm and polite. Room was clean and comfortable. The view from the hotel was good. The hotel is located in the heart of Impruneta, so the nature was perfect and you can taste a fresh air there.

The staff were so helpful and friendly we had a great stay and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
