Our stay here was simply wonderful! The location is amazing, with an extraordinary view over the vineyards, truly breathtaking. Claudia, our host, was exceptional: very kind, attentive, and eager to help with any need or question we had. She gave us great tips for activities during our stay, such as an amazing olive oil tasting, finding the best parking spots, and recommending restaurants perfectly suited to our preferences. Our room had a stunning view, and the pool area was equally delightful. Parking is easy, with enough space for everyone, and the road to the property is very accessible. Everything about our experience exceeded expectations, highly recommended!

It’s not really something we didn’t like, as we managed just fine and still enjoyed it. However, for future guests who are vegan, breakfast options are quite limited. The same goes for non-vegan guests, it’s not an overly varied buffet, but it’s still a hearty breakfast with tasty food, excellent coffee, and a wonderful dining area.

Beautiful small hotel / villa with the most sensational views. Very quiet and peaceful. The staff were exceptional : so friendly, attentive and personable. Claudia was a star. Lovely breakfast served each morning on the upstairs patio. Very close to the Chianti road. As Canadians, it was also fun to learn the property is owned by Canadians.

Wifi could be a little spotty outside the rooms but not a big deal. I loved this place. Will be back !

The property was magnificent- the gardens some of the most beautiful in the region , the pool, the view. Great location to sightsee from and an easy walk to the town. The Staff were terrific- warm and knowledgeable and quick to help with anything. Rooms are well appointed and very chic.

Important to know there’s no restaurant ( a great breakfast is served) and the snacks are minimal - but the town is close if you wish to bring anything back to eat or drink .

We enjoyed seven days of wonderful hospitality in beautiful surroundings. Sabena the manager and her colleague Claudia were perfect and always helpful hostesses. They were really amazing and looked after us and the other guests with total attention. The location of the Residenca is one of the most beautiful in Tuscany. Our room was very tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The garden and the swimming pool are very well looked after. We were also lucky meeting the Canadian owners of the hotel who take great care to make sure that Residenca remains to be one of the best places to stay near Florence. We will be back

The rooms are beautifully presented and spacious. The property is very clean and well-kept and the staff were fantastic. The swimming pool is great. The hotel is within 15 mins walk of the centre of Impruneta which has a few restaurants and some amazing gelato. We didn't hire a car - we took the bus to Florence which was pretty easy - although a car is recommended to see more of the area. Overall, a great hotel.

Staying here was probably the best of all. This place is absolutely stunning with beautiful view, cozy rooms, friendly and helpful stuff. Place around the facility is wonderful and you can admire the beautiful landscape from here. Breakfasts offered were delicious and on top of that coffee prepared according to your wishes. Parking with a coded gate is available for guests, so the entire facility is safe and offers privacy. There were no problems with check-in and check-out. Additionally, immediately after arrival we received recommendations of nearby places and we managed to visit a really large part of Tuscany and even Liguria. Unfortunately, we weren't able to use the swimming pool because it was too early, but maybe next time we'll do it. I recommend it with all my heart, I will definitely come back!

We visited Residenza Il Colle as two couples for 6 nights. The service was impeccable from three moment we arrived, Claudia was a gracious host and made us all feel right at home. The Villa is breathtaking and the scenery unforgettable. We spent most of days by the pool drinking Spritz’s. The location to Impruneta is convenient with many amazing restaurants and wineries to explore. We highly recommend a stay at this villa. You would need a few nights minimum to truly enjoy the experience.

Very calm, only 12 rooms and therefore not busy at all; restaurants within 15min walking distance, parking on the property, incredible view (also from the pool); the absolute highlight was the super friendly staff though, we felt very well taken care of!

Only rain shower head, therefore a bit difficult not to wash your hair if you don’t want to; our room was very small but sufficient for a 3 night stay, I‘d recommend booking a bigger one if you stay longer

Beautiful and peaceful location..Excellent comfortable room with garden view. Very friendly hosts who gave very helpful recommendations for things to do and places to see. The pool was most welcomed for a cool down and the gardens were a beautiful place to relax in. Definitely require your own transport to make the most of the area and there was adequate parking on site

By far our favorite stay during our 2 week trip to Italy. We were upgraded to a suite and it was so cozy and beautiful. The views were stunning and we couldn’t believe the value of the place. Sabina was such an amazing help during our stay and recommend many places during our stay in Tuscany as well as our future travels to the Dolomites. I wish we would’ve have stayed longer and will be rebooking this property if we are ever traveling back to the area!
