We fell in love with this place. Just sit and stare at the view, I could do it all day long. Adding to that, the place itself is gorgeous and well kept. Its charming and stays calm and peaceful even when fully booked. Breakfast is just how the italians like it, small but strong like the espresso. We were there for 8 nights so we did take breakfast outside the property sometimes to switch it up a bit. The afternoon drinks and platters are also highly recommended while you sit at one of their many outside spots. Claudia, Sabina and Tommaso genuinely care for their guests. They're happy to help with tips and recommendations and always up for a talk. We had a gorgeous room with just enough space for the two of us, just a tiny shower but we noticed this is the case in more Italian properties. All in all, we loved it and would highly recommend and would love to return.

For working, the internet needs some improving and we never figured out the tv, but that was minor.

Our stay here was simply wonderful! The location is amazing, with an extraordinary view over the vineyards, truly breathtaking. Claudia, our host, was exceptional: very kind, attentive, and eager to help with any need or question we had. She gave us great tips for activities during our stay, such as an amazing olive oil tasting, finding the best parking spots, and recommending restaurants perfectly suited to our preferences. Our room had a stunning view, and the pool area was equally delightful. Parking is easy, with enough space for everyone, and the road to the property is very accessible. Everything about our experience exceeded expectations, highly recommended!

It’s not really something we didn’t like, as we managed just fine and still enjoyed it. However, for future guests who are vegan, breakfast options are quite limited. The same goes for non-vegan guests, it’s not an overly varied buffet, but it’s still a hearty breakfast with tasty food, excellent coffee, and a wonderful dining area.

Beautiful small hotel / villa with the most sensational views. Very quiet and peaceful. The staff were exceptional : so friendly, attentive and personable. Claudia was a star. Lovely breakfast served each morning on the upstairs patio. Very close to the Chianti road. As Canadians, it was also fun to learn the property is owned by Canadians.

Wifi could be a little spotty outside the rooms but not a big deal. I loved this place. Will be back !

A beautiful place with an amazing view! The staff is super nice, gave great recommendations and is attentive to any questions or requests. Great coffee and tasty, simple breakfast. We loved our stay here!

The rooms are close together and gave the common area so you might occasionally here noise or other guests or staff around, or a car passing by in the road nearby. You can’t control the AC as it was set to heating since October but when we stayed it was hot - but you can open the window

We traveled all over Italy during our two weeks stay. This was our last stop on our tour, and this was by far our favorite hotel we stayed at during our entire trip, and we stayed at A LOT of very nice hotels. Our host was incredibly helpful from our early check-in to our tour around the property to every bit of communication from start to finish. The grounds and pool were immaculate, and our room was absolutely stunning. We can't wait to go back and we're looking forward to staying a little longer next time too:)

Felt like we had the place to ourselves, got to spend the whole day next to the pool. It was very peaceful. The staff were absolutely amazing also. Breakfast was the best we’ve had so far on our trip. The attention to detail of the accomodation was spot on, they even have music playing in the garden. Will forever remember this accomodation.

Absolutely nothing. Just a note, we stayed here via public transport which was doable but we recommend going by car so you can easily explore. Walk to town is easy though.

The property was magnificent- the gardens some of the most beautiful in the region , the pool, the view. Great location to sightsee from and an easy walk to the town. The Staff were terrific- warm and knowledgeable and quick to help with anything. Rooms are well appointed and very chic.

Important to know there’s no restaurant ( a great breakfast is served) and the snacks are minimal - but the town is close if you wish to bring anything back to eat or drink .

We enjoyed seven days of wonderful hospitality in beautiful surroundings. Sabena the manager and her colleague Claudia were perfect and always helpful hostesses. They were really amazing and looked after us and the other guests with total attention. The location of the Residenca is one of the most beautiful in Tuscany. Our room was very tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The garden and the swimming pool are very well looked after. We were also lucky meeting the Canadian owners of the hotel who take great care to make sure that Residenca remains to be one of the best places to stay near Florence. We will be back

The rooms are beautifully presented and spacious. The property is very clean and well-kept and the staff were fantastic. The swimming pool is great. The hotel is within 15 mins walk of the centre of Impruneta which has a few restaurants and some amazing gelato. We didn't hire a car - we took the bus to Florence which was pretty easy - although a car is recommended to see more of the area. Overall, a great hotel.

Everything! The views were amazing, it’s SOO peaceful! The rooms were stunning. Honestly we can’t wait to come back. The staff really made the trip for us. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We visited as we were searching for dream wedding venue in Tuscany and every venue we looked at nothing actually compared to the view from this accommodation which made it even harder for us to decide.
