I chose this place based on pictures. The real experience was just as good. The property offers amazing views to the olive trees and vineyards. I had standard room booked and showed up early. After having lunch at the hotel restaurant I returned to the reception to find out my room was upgraded to a junior suite! The suite was very spacious, clean and stylish and offered amazing view to the valley. I tried some of their wines before dinner and can highly recommend their white wine. Overall great experience!

Excellent accommodations outside the busy tourist travel spots. The staff were welcoming and helpful in every way. The hotel is located in a beautiful large country setting near the town of Impruneta. The accommodations are spacious and comfortable. Each room has a private, modern bathroom. There is a wine and olive oil tasting tour on site and restaurant with excellent food. Breakfast was amazing.

Very pretty location , close to Firenze and close to several other Tuscany gems. The people working in the facility really made the difference, were always smiley, glad to help and present during the day.

Breakfast could be better, not so much variety and average quality. Bedroom was quite small. Shower door was not perfectly closed and therefore may leak water.

This was a fantastic Villa. Everyone on staff were very friendly and helpful. the grounds are beautiful and the location to town and Florence was very close. Our room was excellent with a very large bathroom. I cannot say enough great things about this stay. The Diadema wine bar & restaurant was also excellent. We ate there for every meal for 3 days. The staff were so kind and friendly as well. Food was excellent. The best food we had when traveling through Italy. I definitely would recommend this location and we will probably stay there again when we visit Italy.

The property is stunning, from the grounds to the restaurant to the well appointed rooms. The views of the rolling hills are picturesque. It’s hard to believe you’re less than 30 minutes from Florence.

Our check-in and checkout experiences were not what we expected for a property of this caliber. We were not made to feel welcome upon arrival. Claudia was condescending and we were not provided with a welcome package. At checkout she neglected to ask for the key. We discovered it when we were about 20 minutes away from the property and headed back to return it. The rest of the team were exceptional.

beautiful property, meticulously maintained in a serene location. the staff at the restaurant were exceptional, the wine and olive oil tour was great fun and we loved the products and had some shipped back to the UK. A perfect place for a relaxing few days - also impruneta is close by and you can get there on foot so would recommend going to check out the town and terracotta on a cloudy day!

We loved the view, the villa we stayed in with a private pool which was incredible, the staff who was very helpful, the room itself which was very spacious and beautiful, and the restaurant with delicious food. The wine was also incredible and the entire vineyard experience was unlike anything we’ve seen before.

Not the hotels fault but bus services into Florence were awful, nothing from 8am until 1pm. The hotel put a shuttle on for you but be prepared to book this in advance.

Views were amazing, staff was accommodating, restaurant and breakfast was delicious, wine/olive oil tour was fun

The mattresses were very thin and you could feel springs when you lie down, not very comfortable. Also the booking and website said bikes would be available but there were no bikes/e-bikes/Vespa scooters or anything like that available at all.

We were there on our honeymoon and everything was perfect for the occasion. We had booked the suite and enjoyed the space and luxurious atmosphere in the hotel. The chef and staff are excellent. I would return for everything, the pool, the hospitality, and for sure the food. You can also visit the cellar or stroll in the little gardens the chef uses to grow tomatoes or the field with olive trees. They organised an apero with live music with local musicians as well. Good location to visit main cities of interest in Tuscany.

There was nothing I didn't like. I liked how they tried to preserve swallow nests around the hotel. They give information on why they are doing that, even if the swallows are causing a bit of noise and mess. This really gave you a feeling they care about all guests.
