We stayed there for 3 nights. We were visiting Florence, we were not there for golf. The distance to Florence is great. The pool was unexpectedly good, especially after a full day of sight seeing. That was a bonus for us. The room was huge with an even bigger balcony. The room was quiet. Breakfast was tasty, lots of sweet options and few salty options. There is AC in the room!

The breakfast room was small and the salty options were limited. Unfortunately no eggs. The coffee machine for me was meh. My wife liked it. I preferred the filter coffee. The room was quite hot even with the AC on.

The location was quiet and outskirts. We have a rental car so that's perfect for us to stay. The apartment was well equipped with all necessities. All two bedrooms have its own air condition units so is the kitchen/living room. The heater are also on the walls in each room and set on timer for colder nights. The washing machine is located outside in the patio area. There is a nice little outdoor garden in the back yard and outdoor seating too. Beds are super comfortable and shower is good. Secure parking onsite with gates for residents to drive in. Reception lady was super friendly and helpful.

It will be lovely if the onsite cafe or restaurant were opened as it was closed for shoulder season.

I truly appreciated the outstanding customer service at the front desk. I wasn’t feeling well upon arrival, and instead of just checking me in, the staff kindly went out of their way to recommend and even call a tourist doctor to assist me. That level of care and personal attention really stood out, so different from the usual experience where you're just handed keys and a map. My family and I had reserved 5 rooms as we were attending a wedding nearby, and we all agreed it was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, but what made it memorable was the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. Highly recommend!

Very nice complex with lots of small houses. Our apartment was in a building with a few others, with a nice view of a pool and Tuscany fields. Modern design, very clean and fresh furniture. Special thanks for very very comfortable beds and pillows! The staff is extremely helpful, we had a few requests which were seamlessly and quickly solved. We came by car and visited Firenze a few times. If you plan to do the same, I recommend parking at Pacheggio Beccaria and doing food shopping at Coop.fi Gaviana.

1. Most of the apartment overlooks the swimming pool or the city view. I had the room 15 and it overlooks the swimming pool. 2. Amenities are great including a automated awnings to ensure your time at the balcony isn't ruined by the rain (if any). Washing machine, a small kitchen, good sized dining table etc. All are good.

1. Spent nearly one month in Europe and this hotel's breakfast probably the least favourable and most expensive by a long way. You get coffee from coffee machine, some pastries, 1 or 2 types of cake and some cereal. There's only about 4 - 5 tables which tells you Breakfast isn't their thing. Also note, all cold food and only thing hot is the toaster and the coffee. 2. Maybe only some but not all - There's literally no exhaust fan in the bathroom so you can expect a steamy shower room to stay wet for a while. 3. The property is in a odd location and entry is kind of hidden. If you arrive at night, just know that the reception closes at 7pm (from memory) and after hours checkin can be a challenge as the entry to the properties aren't the easist to find.

We chose to stay here due to it's location and convenience of having parking with a rental car. An easy 25min drive in to Florence and parked at a multilevel carpark and short walk into the city centre. Good base to do day trips, like San Gimignano. Laundry facilities free and staff provided detergent.

The mosquitoes were out of control in and out of the accommodation. I swatted so many and blood spurted on the walls, was gross. Having to supply our own toilet paper (1 roll provided only) and taking rubbish out to carpark was not ideal, would expect this to be included.

A lovely property with well equipped facilities, clean and comfortable all around.

We had a large family group above us, they were very loud and unfortunately the furniture and foot steps of running kids could be heard very easily below which we wouldn’t have had a problem with as they are on holiday - however they continued on well after the 11pm quiet time hotel rules which was the only disappointing thing about the stay. As there was no reception on there was no one to help enforce the rules and so it affected one of our nights quite badly.

Room very comfortable with all amenities needed. The view and surroundings of the place with the pool area are very relaxing and safe for kids. The staff was exceptional! They gave us also a leaflet which was really informative;highlighting nearby places of interest, emergency numbers and parking spaces within the cities.

We had a great time at this place situated only a 20 min drive from Florence. The apartment and the pool was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and very helpfull. Parking was easy, and we could even park in the shade (under a roof). We had the apartment cleaned once during our 10 days stay.

The only thing we found a little bit disappointing was the kitchen which was poorly equipped. For example, there were no cutting boards and the pots were very small to cook food for a party of 5.

Great location 7 minutes from a small quaint town. Pool area good and large pool. Apartments clean, great kitchen. Beds and pillows are really comfortable. Single beds are the European narrow type, VERY NARROW... It is a good option if you have a car and want to be close to Florence with better prices and parking. The staff very attentive and helpful. Ice cream in town: The best!

WIFI can't be used by more than one person. Couldn't work from my computer. Tv, only local channels, not able to stream (smart TV not present) A bit slippery and dark going to the apartment from the parking.
