Resort 37 is a truly wonderful place nestled in the stunning Tuscan countryside. The location on a hill offers breathtaking views, and the atmosphere is peaceful and refreshing. The hospitality was warm, and the services were excellent — it’s a perfect spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of nature. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it for those seeking a calm escape in Tuscany.

However, one thing to note: while the booking mentioned the availability of bikes and horse rides, these were not actually provided at the resort itself. It would be helpful to clarify this in the booking details.

Hotel is situated above tuscan hills, beautiful views from the pool and our room was nicely located to the pool and restaurant. The room was large, very clean and comfortable. We were here with young children and the staff was very friendly and welcoming towards them. The property is still small enough kids can go and wonder around on their own easily. There are restaurants/grocery store within 5-10 minutes away we also utilized for eating out and visiting.

We had dinner at the restaurant and while the portions were small, the prices were pretty steep. It is fine dining but I'm not sure it warrants such high prices. Luckily the local restaurant was only a 6min drive and we had a good time eating at the Groove, playing games and got gelato after. It's bice to have other options than just the hotel restaurant that had same menu for the few nights we were there.

There is no poolside service, so guests must get their own drinks. Additionally, the property lacks a gym or even an alternative external workout facility. Prior to our stay, their system was breached, and we received numerous spam messages requesting duplicate payments. Unfortunately, the hotel did not offer any form of compensation for this issue.

A peaceful haven, far from bustling crowds and traffic. Good sized and modern room and good a/c.

The resort has to improve the following: 1) Need a heated pool. If you come in early July and it's only 30 degrees, the pool is cold. And if you come at Easter or October holidays, forget it - it's far too cold. 2) The road leading to the hotel must be paved - it's a nonesense to keep a dirt track like it is today and has been for the five years we keep coming to the hotel. Not only do clients run the risk of flat tires, but cars are covered in layers of dirt and dust every single time entering or exiting the compound. 3) A better variety at breakfast would be appreciated - 5 breakfasts and everyday was exactly the same..... 4) The pool bar was closed. Not sure why? 5) Can the hotel not consider spa/massage services?

This was in the last minute booking in the evening when we needed to find the local hotel near the Florence outlets, it was raining hard and it was dark in the Italian countryside however driving up to the hotel you have to go up a steep rocky road that is not paved but only has little rocks so despite being scary driving up there at night the resort was actually very warm and hospital the rooms were nice the staff was good also we were able to check in around 10:30 in the evening and in the morning everything looked great and beautiful I regret that I was not able to enjoy the resort longer for all it had to offer however it is beautiful and very nice and up-to-date

The dark Rocky steep Road to get to the hotel which is on top of very tall Hill or small mountains however it wasn't an issue during the morning

I can't say enough about this place. The staff was incredible. The resort is breath taking. the views were unreal, something out of a book or movie! The food was exceptional, they treated us like we were the only guests. WE WILL go back. Perfect location to Florence, Seinna, and wineries. My son go engaged there, I emailed way ahead and Sara the event planner went all out to make it perfect. They pay attention to every detail!!! I miss them already.

I loved the property so beautiful and clean, super friendly staff. As a Mexican and Filipino family, we felt that we were treated sooooooo kindly! It really made our whole experience wonderful, thank you so much to the staff. Without them our experience wouldn’t have been the same. I appreciate the gracious hospitality. The facility was so beautiful and clean! So glad we booked this resort. The restaurant staff was awesome they let us know they could make special meals for my toddler. We appreciated it.

No negative comments, the resort is worth every penny.

Nice room and property, great service from staff

Due to location, it’s difficult to get transportation and the staff has to book private taxis if you didn’t bring a car. I wish they had an on demand shuttle or driver for very short trips into the main town or the train station, as most of that trip is getting on and off the resort property.

Everything, food, atmosphere, service, attention to detail. Location to die for. Stumbled upon Sting’s little known vineyard just by chance. This area excites all the senses. Especially the palette!

The fact that I couldn’t live there forever.

It's one of the most relaxing places I've stayed. Everything, starting with the superb location, super comfortable rooms, elegant swimming pool, tennis court and culminating with a restaurant with an extraordinary menu and exceptional staff.
