Everything was perfect . The location was a little bit far from the center but we knew that beforehand so it wasnt really an issue. The hotel provides with transport to and from center. The breakfast was great, very comfortable beds and clean rooms. The staff was helpful and attentive to all our requests. We stayed for one night only but we’ll definitely go back :)

- hotel is beautiful with good choice of colours and nice aesthetics, strong A/C, has all necessary services, even 24/7 reception - its very clean, which is mostly important for me - if there are no children it is also quiet place and you can have strong sense of privacy most of the time - receptionists were always kind and willing to help, knew english well

- just really small details when it comes to hotel facilities were missing, nothing serious (like bathrobe, napkins, cotton buds and swabs, minibar was empty) - on Sunday bar and restaurant are closed, good to know this ahead - some waitresses did not know english at all - my friends had one unpleasant experience at dinner, when food was not okay, they did not eat it except for one bite and staff did not care

The hotel has private parking. Rooms are cozy and clean. Breakfast offered a good variety of food (though it could have had more cheese). Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. There is also a restaurant on site, so you can dine at the hotel if you wish. The garden next to the restaurant is very cozy, with a fountain where you can relax. The room had a large TV.

However, when we came to the restaurant, one of the waitresses seemed clearly annoyed (even though the hotel staff had informed them we would have dinner). She did not let us choose a table (even though only one was occupied and the others were empty). We felt unwelcome. Apart from that, everything was great. Also, the shower was quite tiny

It was a quiet area, the rooms were beautiful, the food at the restaurant was extraordinary, and the staff was very friendly.

We didn’t like that we depended on a specific bus to get there and we were a bit limited. Although the hotel had its own shuttle that you could book, it was still somewhat complicated, the problem was that this bus came quite infrequently and had also changed its route, which was not announced anywhere on the displays. The room was quite small, as was the shower cabin. Another less pleasant aspect was that the staff didn’t really speak any foreign languages besides Italian—only a few of them could understand what we were saying in English, which led to confusion a few times.

A very pleasant stay, the hotel looks very good, tastefully decorated and with plenty am amenities. The staff were extremely helpful with all our requests, and a joy to talk to. Breakfast had good offerings of both savory and sweet options. Bed was comfortable, and I loved the electric window blinds for sleeping in as much as you wanted. The free parking was a must for our stay, and having plenty of spaces in front of the hotel was excellent.

Most of the things would be nitpicking, but I would say the shower cabin was pretty small for most people.

This was the the perfect family hotel located on the outskirts of Florence, we traveled as a family with 2 children aged 9&15, property is about 8 mins drive from the centre, the swimming pool was just perfect after arriving during the heatwave, allowed us and the children a chance to reset from exploring the city. Stylish decor in a glam art deco style , junior suite was great for families , the breakfast was plentiful and well worth dining in the restaurant in the evening if fancying an escape from the city, it’s very good value with discount offered to hotel resident’s . The staff are attentive and friendly and go the extra mile

Nothing to dislike, but just be mindful it’s located in a residential area on the outskirts, but feel very safe ands once inside you can really switch off, true urban escape

We had difficult finding the place and my GPS didn’t recognized it but we called the front desk and Sofia was amazing she guided us while we were walking and we were able to arrive . Speaking about Sofia, she was amazing; she helped us a lot with info etc she made us fell very welcome . This place has a shuttle to the Center and the driver is super nice. I forgot to mention about the breakfast its super amazing. I definitely will come back. The pool looks very nice but we didn’t have time to use it.

Lovely hotel with great staff. It is a little bit out of Florence city centre but the bus stop was nearby and easy to use..Regular buses until midnight and you can use your bank card/ credit card to tap on. 20 mins to bottom end of the city centre and 30 mins to the main train station. Hotel looks like it has been recently refurbished and everything looked new. Super comfy bed and great air con. Small quirk when using the tv that it only worked when the bathroom light was on (might have been a one off for our room). Breakfast was great. Only ate in the hotel and one night and had good food and service.

We enjoyed being outside of the city and yet having great service and facilities. The hotel is going through a complete renovation and rebranding, the results of which we really liked - it's sort of modernised art-deco. The pool is small, but perfect for refreshing after a long and hot day in the city. The room was spacious with enough storage and a new AC. We also loved food and cocktails (the best Hugo in my life 😁). We definitely recommend trying their special sushi with meat 🤤.

The breakfast was lacking some veggies and fruit. Also the shower cabin was really tiny, although the room size allowed it to put in a bigger one.

Excellent hotel, located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. There is a shuttle to the city center, organized and convenient, included in the price. The staff was very nice and welcoming, helped us with every request. The breakfast was excellent and varied, the dining room is spacious and comfortable, like sitting in a restaurant :) We enjoyed our stay very much, we will definitely come back again! 👌
