Lovely Italian building and Nicholas made us very welcome. Our room was large and the bed was very comfortable , breakfast was also good. We had a very late arrival and Ryan made sure we had details and a a small whattsapp video to check ourselves into the accommodation . There is plenty of free parking around the B&B. It was only an easy 20-minute bus ride into Florence using bus 14, 14A or 14B there were a choice of bus stops close. If you pay on the bus for your, it is €3 pp but get your tickets from the tabbac and it €1.70 Tabbac next door to David 2 restaurant. We also eat at David 2 Pizza restaurant close to the B&B , it was very good food and price.

Cozy B&B located in Rovezzano, 20min from Firenze city center by bus, you can park the car on the street for free, which is not common in the town. The place has an amazing decoration and you can relax after a day visiting the wonderful Firenze. Linda and Nicholas are great people who will try their best to give you good recommendations about what to do (especially what to eat in towm), and also make you feel at home. Breakfast with Nicholas was always fun with good conversation. There are bus stops, train station and good restaurants nearby the place. Defintely recommended!

B&B was gorgeous and clean, the room was lovely. We really appreciated the aircon. Ryan was very kind, and eager to give us recommendations for small, cute places to go. Linda was also very nice, and very knowledgable about the local area.

The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great, and we had no wifi in our room. We did mention the wifi to Ryan first, who told us he would look into it, and then to Linda (owner) who told us there was some wifi by the window, but nothing she could do to give us wifi in the rest of the room due to the construction of the building. Ended up using quite a lot of our data plans due to this when looking at maps and making plans.

The place, a very well restored old typical house in Tuscany, made us feel comfortable, providing us with all necessary amenities for a good and relaxing vacation. Property location was exactly what we were looking for – a distant place from the downtown madness of Florence, but still a destination that allowed us to have a good walk straight into the city heart. Still there is a very convenient bus stop close to the property, that takes you directly into the remarkable sights of Florence. The breakfast was nice, full of fresh and quality local goods. The host was very polite and friendly, gave us good insights of the area and some tips for good local restaurants.

This was a nice place to stay more-or less. The street is narrow and not crowded/noisy.

Parking is not easy there (need to keep in mind the schedule of the city street cleaning service), but the host give information. Breakfast was ok but the quantity was limited. You need to watch the host's dog taking poop in the garden regularly- quite disturbing when you want to have dinner in the garden/ porch. For the bus to Florence city center (line 14) we had to wait more than 30 minutes - they do not keep the schedule written in the bus-stop.

We had a great stay! The property was clean, comfortable, tastefully done and the owner was very warm and helpful. We loved our stay. The location was calm and quiet as it was far from the hustle bustle of Florence. While the place is far from the city Center, it is well connected with public transport. The bus station is at 4-5 mins of walking distance. From there, it takes about 20 mins to reach the city Center. It seemed like a task on day 1, but soon we realised the location was actually a blessing after doing a trip to the chaos of the city Center.

the location is in a suburban part of Florence, in a very old villa that feels like you're in an old Italian movie, absolutely gorgeus! the room was nice and cozy, feels pictorial almost. the hostess was lovely and her dog fletcher is the sweetest thing.

the location is a little far from the city center, but once we talked to the hostess and she explained how to get to the city center and back in ~20 mins, it was no big deal. the breakfast was quite small, not much protein or vegetables, but it seems most people around us were fine with it, I guess we're just used to bigger breakfasts.

It was an absolute pleasure staying at the B&B. Very comfortable beds, spacious room with lovely en-suite and all the extras. Breakfast was lovingly laid out each morning full Italian style with meat, cheese and bread and even an occasional sneaky Mimosa on offer! Linda was a delight and we had some heartfelt chats over morning coffee and she gave great advice each day as we discussed our plans at one point even calling an information centre for us to find out if an activity was on! Property is on the edge of tiny Florence but there are buses, trains and bikes available and it was nice to be away from all the tourist noise and drama at night. Would absolutely return!

wifi connection wasn't always great but Nicolas the host said his on it to fix it so hopefully it will get better soon.

Fantastic accommodation in Florence! It may seem far from the centre, but it is not. There are buses and a train stop nearby, so you can be in the centre in literally five minutes. The owner Linda was an excellent hostess. Upon arrival she welcomed us and showed us around. The room was huge, clean and beautiful. It felt like home. The room also includes a small garden where you can sit in the evening and have your privacy. A modest breakfast was served in the kitchen, but we were able to take small snacks during the day. Everything was perfect!
