Clean large room. Beautiful pool with the restaurant next to it. Friendly staff. Good food at the restaurant at breakfast and at dinner.

The entrance to the hotel needs to be renovated since some plates are almost falling down. The tiles at the entrance are broken so dragging in your baggage is kinda unpleasant. The elevator is old and clanky, the doors almost closed and caught our 2 y.o. child in them since the sensors didn't work properly. There could have been some more towel hooks in the bathroom.

Helpful staff and amazing pool and restaurant. Breakfast was good. Lots of little touches in the room like slippers which was lovely.

Not the hotel’s fault as they have no say on this but just wanted to warn people about the city tax which is 7.5 euros per person and that the buses need a separate debit card for each person… very stupid idea and difficult for family with children. This is not the hotel’s fault but I felt hotel staff should inform guests if they have asked about using the bus.

Nice pool area, clean, breakfast was mostly good.

The check in took FOREVER. The woman at the front desk barely spoke English and she was doing many things at the same time (dealt with other clients, active fire alarm etc). Atfer an hour of waiting we finally got our room key and it didn't work! Had to go back and change it. Very unprofessional!

Good location just outside central Florence which, whilst it needed transport,made for a perfect base to travel in and enjoy the sites then travel back to a wonderful swimming pool in what has been a very hot few days. The breakfast and restaurant are very good but the highlight is the competence, professionalism and personalities of the Staff from Reception to Bar and restaurant.

Hotel offers a excellent compromise, good value for the money it costs and for Florence, bed was really a king size and very comfortable and room size definitively not bad at all. We chose it for the pool and it was definitively a great point offering pleasant refreshment in the hottest hours of the summer day. Parking available, covered.

In general some maintenance leaks: floor near the bathroom ruined and definitely in need of refurbishment, rust on the tables legs near the pool affecting the floor with unpleasant orange stains (aluminum or stainless steel should be a must for pool fornitures), breakfast quite cheap.

Good hotel..nice breakfast and cozy rooms. Swimming pool is excellent and kid friendly.

Wifi. Network was bad. Youtube couldn't stream even a single video properly. Bathroom slippers were missing for a 4 star hotel. And breakfast could have more variety.

Swimming pool in summer heat is absolutely welcoming & sparkling . Breakfast is really fabulous. Reception very attentive to needs...well ✔️

Location,little far out the city...ok if can afford daily taxis otherwise bus a little cumbersome

The breakfast area overlooking the pool was gorgeous. Nice buffet breakfast, and good coffee. The pool itself was definitely the selling point of the hotel! It was huge, lovely and had plenty of sun loungers. The hotel was conveniently located right by a bus stop, so we could easily get the bus into the centre of Florence.

From the outside the hotel looked a little scruffy, but from the second we stepped into reception it was lovely!

Very good location for who is driving to Firenze. You can park for free at the hotel and use public bus to city centre which is 15 min drive away. Bus stop is just in front of hotel. Good cafes and restaurants around the hotel area. Very nice breakfast served on the hotel restaurant next to the pool.

Wifi was not working in the rooms on the whole first day of stay. They only fixed next day when maintenance staff was on duty. Hotel is a bit old. It needs renovation on the room’s floor and carpets from corridors.
