Clean caravan with everything we needed for a self catering stay. Pools were great, food reasonable prices and good quality . Cheaper better food available in Florence but no complaints. Renting bikes and cycling into Florence was a holiday highlight! Bonus entertainment was great and not expected; acrobatic show one evening and music by the pool one day. Mini market had everything you’d need, a bit more expensive than local shops but not bad considering.

Buses were regular but no free shuttle as we expected. each journey has a small cost for every passenger over 1 metre tall. Easy to navigate once you know how!

Super hot water in bathroom en suite, they have market there (appreciate as location is further from town), many attractions for kids and parking close to cabin. We arrived late so not sure how was pool and did not manage to use all of the services there. It was comfortable to sleep there and super clean. We had cabin without kitchen hence there was super small fridge with freezer that did not manage to keep icecream frozen but that is minor detail.

As it is massive property, staff seemed to be in a hurry to check everyone in and felt a bit like conveyor machine, but either way all information was provided as needed. Shower has matt glass door direct to bedroom and no hooks to hang clothes/towels in shower so take it into consideration if travelling with not so close family or have issues with privacy.

Clean room in a very organized camping

Loved the happy vibe about this camp, from the smiles and welcome to the site, to the friendly snack bar and the attentive waiter service in the restaurant. The camp is immaculate and the 3 pools are a great place for the kids to play and be entertained before heading into the Florence using the public bus service outside the camp. The chalets were a little cramped but having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms definitely helped. The beds were also surprisingly comfortable!

Really hard to think of anything we didn’t like but did notice the odd few ants inside the chalet and an extra pillow would be great as sleeping with 1 pillow doesn’t suit everyone.

Simple check-in and staff were helpful. Loved the pools, restaurant and bar area, had a really nice chilled out vibe. Staff were fun loving and friendly. Drinks and snacks were well priced and the space was kept clean. Proximity to Florence is fantastic - short hop on local bus or taxi but to have a pool to cool off in after a busy day in the city was welcome. Clean and comfortable chalet accommodation.

The 'superior chalet' lacked many kitchen essentials like a tea towel to dry the crockery, a cloth to wash up with. No kettle to boil water or make a cup of tea or coffee, wasn't easy to self cater with such limited kitchen utensils.

I don't even know where to start about this! If I could give 11 as a rating, I definitely would! This place is the perfect destination! We booked the tent, but it's like a hotel room! Very clean, we had a fridge in the tent. Ofc also air con and free WiFi all around the camping grounds. We got parking right next to the tent, towels were also provided. And having so much grass around it's so beautiful! The food at the restaurant next to the camping is good. You get access to the pools included in your stay, and there is a grocery store where you can buy stuff from. I think there is also a place where you can pay to cook some meat, but we didn't try that. Regarding the transportation, there is a bus station right in front of the camping that gets you in the city center. And an info point inside the camping from where you can buy the bus tickets and also see the timetable for the bus.

There were quite a lot of mosquitoes, everyone was bitten. But other than that there is seriously nothing I can say that is wrong with this place. I don't think I loved a stay somewhere more than I did this one. Maybe just that the pool and market closes at 8pm.

The hu camping resort exceeded our expectations. The rooms, pool, restaurants and overall experience exceeded our expectations. The bathrooms in our bungalow were bigger than most of the hotels we stay at. The facilities were clean and the pools were enjoyed by everyone in our family. We were worried about the restaurants after reading negative reviews but were pleasantly surprised that was not our experience! The food was delicious and the staff were helpful and attentive to our needs. The shuttle was convenient and close by. We know we will be coming back here!

We stayed in a cabin that sleeps 5, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. The facilities on the site are fantastic - the 3 pool areas are clean and perfect for all ages. There are plenty of sunbeds to go around and good toilet/shower facilities. The shop is well stocked with lots of choice and fairly reasonable prices. The restaurant was lovely, great food and service. There is some free entertainment on evenings too. The location is a little isolated, which means it's quiet but there is a bus that runs fairly regularly into the city. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting florence.

We did have a lot of ants coming through a gap in one of our bedrooms, easily solved with some repellent. Take care if you order a taxi through reception - we were quoted 30euro and 15 minutes from the information office and online....but the taxi we received went the long way around, taking 45 minutes and charged us 65euro. Not really the campsites fault, but they maybe need to make sure their suppliers are not exploiting tourists.

Great place!! We had the accommodation for 5 people, very large rooms and very comfortable as well. And with two bathrooms. Perfect for having nice holidays with the family. Everything was very clean. Staff is friendly and willing to provide help and advice for visits, bike rental, bus tickets, etc.. There are enough parking places, we had one in front of our room. It's pet friendly!!! Even though it's not in city center, there is a bus tha can take you to Florence in 20-30 minutes. So no need to take the car to visit Florence. Excellent value for money and a good compromise between a cultural visit of Tuscany and having some relax in the swiming pool area. Restaurant is great!!

During high season it is naturally very crowded. It's not a critic, just bear in mind that restaurant service can take a bit long. And of course it's much better if you have a reservation for the restaurant.

This camping is very comfortable for travelers arriving by car, as it eliminates the stress of finding parking and dealing with ZTL (limited traffic zone) hours. While it is a bit of a long walk to the city center, the property thoughtfully provides a shuttle service to and from the center. There is also a restaurant and a supermarket on the premises, offering a good assortment of options.

However, there are a couple of downsides to note. The last shuttle returns at 18:30, which feels a bit early for those who want to enjoy the evening in the city. Additionally, there is no heating in the toilet and the bathroom, which can feel a bit too cold during winter.
