A peaceful Tuscan gem with exceptional hospitality Casale dei Cento Acri was the perfect place to stay in Florence—just a short walk from the city center, yet incredibly peaceful and quiet. The rooms were spotless, the white linens crisp and fresh, and the bathroom was spacious and beautifully clean. The view of the garden added a lovely touch of nature each morning. Most of all, the gentleman who runs the hotel was outstanding—kind, attentive, and truly dedicated to making our stay comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone wanting both convenience and serenity.

Nothing, it was perfect

A wonderful B&B a 15-20 min walk from the old city. We loved the relaxed feel and our dog loved the field at the back to let off steam! We were made very welcome and enjoyed being able to sit on the terrace during the day, too. We were able to arrive just after midday and leave our car before checking in later: it's only an hour from Bologna and we gained an extra half day in Florence by doing this. The B&B is close to shops and restaurants: we were able to picnic on the terrace in the evening having had a main meal in the old town during the day. Not all the local restaurants were open every evening in May.

The location is ideal if you come to Florence by car, but wish to use public transport to get to the centre, as the hotel offers a huge private parking lot, and you can get to the city centre by bus in roughly 20 minutes. The garden is beautiful, even in winter, and the neighborhood is nice. The room itself was great, it looks even better than on the pictures. The owner/receptionist was exceptionally helpful and friendly during the checkin, checkout process, and whenever we needed help. The breakfast is nice, they serve some sandwich materials, sweet pastries, drinks and coffee. Great deal for this price, I would absolutely recommend the place.

Soundproofing is not ideal, but it's okay if the other guests are not too loud. Nothing serious, similar to most Italian apartments we've stayed at.

A great place to spent a few days even if you spent all day long at the location. 40 min to walk to the center Florence, 20-25 by bus. it's a quiet and relaxing place. The room il large enough, clean, bathroom-ok. It's a good ratio price/quality according to the totally irrational prices in Florence.

I would have appreciated a little more care for details at least according to the price. The room has no wall mount hanger, you have to put the clothes in wardrobe on the clothes hanger which are just the metal ones that you get when you receive your stuff from the dry cleaning. No mirror in the room, no fridge, air conditioning out of order, the mosquito nets were missing or broken. Breakfast just a little above basic. But these are just details . Anybody can live a couple of days with them as long the basic requests are met.

A beautiful well maintained and comfortable Apartment . Our host Riccardo was very helpful when i rang to let him know I would arrive late. It was such a beautiful True Tuscan design apartment,very clean and comfortable . The large secure free parking on site was a bonus and the garden and the huge open allotment near the car park was beautiful . Only a 25 minute walk the Duomo in Florence or you can ride on bus in a few minutes walk to bus stop.

Ricardo was a very good host. He took care of us very well and he provided everything we asked for. Garden is wonderful, location is also very good, you can park your car and go explore the city by bus. Breakfast was also alright, it was mostly pastries / cheese / meat. We Turkish people are used to eating fresh produce at breakfast but unfortunately it is not possible to find such breakfasts in Europe. Room was very spacious, wooden furniture is very authentic the sheets and towels were very clean. We enjoyed our stay in Florence thanks to Ricardo.

Nothing wrong about the property. Just a tip for our fellow travelers. Public transportation in Florence is not good at all. Buses come way later than expected and very crowded. Uber is also very expensive. Don’t forget to avoid ZTL’s if you will drive.

The location is perfect - a 45-minute walk from Piazza del Signora. The house is truly authentic with an amazing yard, and what's best - lots of parking space inside. Although you're in the broader city center, it's quiet, and you can just hear birds.

The owner/reception guy was not that polite, and we waited 15 minutes for him to check us in, despite ringing the reception bell. Since it's an old house, sound insulation is not good - we had a family with two children who were yelling and running in the hall at 7 am, so we couldn't sleep properly. During our three-day stay, nobody cleaned or checked the room, nor added toilet paper. The shower wad tiny so you can barely turnaround to take shampoon. However, these are minor issues, and I believe we will visit this place again.

Our stay was very comfortable! We were given a room with a beautiful garden view, which made for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The room itself was quiet, clean, and warm—perfect for a good night’s rest. The bed was firm and very comfortable; I slept just like at home. The bed sheets were spotless, and everything felt well-maintained. A massive plus was the free parking. There were no issues whatsoever, and overall, it was a great experience. Highly recommended!

The location is good, it is close to the bus stop to the city center. The accommodation looks good, the yard has parking spaces. The staff is nice.

Very poor breakfast. The first two days we had several options, then the croissants, jam and toast disappeared. The only options left were some biscuits with butter and honey, cereal with milk and some fruit. During the 6 days the room was not cleaned at all.

The property is in an excellent location: easily accessible by car without passing through the ZTL’s but close enough to the historic center by foot. The owner is welcoming and flexible, easy to communicate with. The B&B offers a very nice breakfast. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. They offer free parking for guests on the property which is very safe. The house and the garden is beautiful.
