very nice location. I booked a room with two beds, but they put this bed together and if I separated the beds, there would be no room to walk around because the room was very small. The pool was great as were the sunbeds!

Room to small for 2 single bad. The food - the dinner was very bad and I ordered food from the waiter but he brought something completely different from what I ordered. For vegetarians, they have very poor choices at dinner. The person at the reception was quite unfriendly and inflexible to my wishes.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Hotel Villa San Giorgio and would highly recommend it! The location in the western Chianti region is truly stunning – being surrounded by those beautiful vineyards and waking up to the views over the Elsa Valley was exactly the picturesque Tuscan retreat we were dreaming of. Our room perfectly captured the region's charm. We loved the authentic Tuscan Arte Povera style, especially the terracotta floors and wood-beamed ceilings. Despite the classic look, it was comfortable, elegant, and importantly, air-conditioned.

Hotel is located in pretty surroundings, it is a great base for visiting other towns. Reception staff were helpful and there were lots of yummy home made cakes to choose for breakfast. View from our room was just stunning.

The only thing to improve would be water in a shower. It was cold to start with and took around 5-10 minutes to warm which wasn’t an issue for us just don’t jump in a shower until your water is warm enough! You need a car to get here, but it’s a short drive away to shops and restaurants.

The staff and service was superb. Beautiful decor and location in the country-side. Conveniently only one hour away from Florence but it is worlds away from the metropolitan crowds.

We may have been there a week before the popular season begins, as the hotel was doing a major construction on the portico main entrance area. I'm sure it will be a fabulous place for apertivo when finished. Driving up the narrow one-lane road to the hill top hotel was harrowing. I suggest guests get there by train to Poggibonsi and then get a taxi or private driver to take them to & from the hotel.

Hotel and restaurant Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has amazing view of the Tuscany hills. Room facilities are basic and no kettle provided. On site restaurant is good and breakfast was great.

No smart TV and No kettle provided. Room noise travels, we can hear our next door neighbors quite clearly.

The property and the location is absolutely stunning. The view from our room was of the Tuscan countryside and even on the last day of our stay I couldn’t help but marvel at it. The restaurant at the property makes great food! The property is located a 5 min walk from two local vineyards - one of which has a Michelin star restaurant (Cinciano). We spent many evenings in Cinciano’s wine bar and loved it. The nearest town is a 10 min drive away which does make this a very inconvenient place to stay at if you don’t have your own car. Parking is ample and free, the staff are so helpful and nice!

The rooms were smaller than I thought they would be. On some nights, the small restaurant at the property may be fully booked and you make have to drive to get dinner.

Great staff, it‘s located very central in chianti and the view over the landscape from our room was breathtaking! We‘ll definitely recommend it!

A Bit more space inside the hotel to relax, read or have selfmade dinner at colder days would‘ve been nice as our room was quite small.

We were delighted with our 12-day stay here; the room was lovely with fabulous views across to far away hill ranges. Aircon was wonderful too; very clean and a WONDERFUL power shower... the pool and gardens were excellent for chilling out in, location was first class (equidistant between Sienna & Florence with wonderful towns all around) and the staff were friendly and helpful

If we're being honest, evening meals didn't hugely excite us. We joined a 'package' evening of 3-course dinner plus entertainment on the first night and food - if being blunt - wasn't the best. We ate out most of the time. That said, the breakfast was very well done with a wide selection. Separately, they only provided 3 hangers - my wife brought at least 6 different dresses plus other stuff (she's a girl after all! :-)... but that's all they had!

the receptionist was very accomodating when we arrived. very good view and the property location is perfect. they could do a little renovation with the shower but other than that value of money was really good. that kind of place and service should be at least 100 euros given breakfast was also free but we were able to book it for under 70. you should also check out that restaurant. the staff there are really friendly.

Everything! The facility is great and cozy , the views are amazing, very beautiful and well maintained facility, the staff were very helpful, they gave us a great rate when we extended another night. Rooms are good enough size, The bed was comfortable and so are the pillows.

The breakfast was modest, mostly sweet things to eat, egg was cold. The breakfast can be improved for sure.
