Amazing and peaceful surrounded by vineyards and lavender fields. The staff is very professionnal and nice. The food at the restaurant is exceptionnal. The landscape and the building are magical We will definately come back

We had to pay extra to go to the spa for an hour. At least the spa ( jacuzzi and sauna) should be included in the price od the room

Of course, we loved the location, the property, and the pool, but we especially considered the staff excellent and accommodating. Everyone is so professional! I won't single out anyone because they were all wonderful. And if you treat people nice, not just as servants, you will see them shine, even more so this staff at Borgo Scopeto. Enjoy them! The pool was our favorite place to be, but just sitting and enjoying a glass a wine, olives, nuts, and capers while looking out to Sienna was very nice too. The weather was perfect, so outside was the place to be, but if we had to be inside, it would have been wonderful too. There are plenty of comfortable, unique spaces to snuggle up and converse if romance is your thing. We took a bike ride, too. Finally, we must give a shout-out to the breakfast buffet and dinners. Wow! The kitchen staff, the waiters, and those in charge really wanted us to be happy, and they did not disappoint. Yes, my wife and I spent a month traveling in Paris, Nice, Nonavo, Florence, Rome, Prague, Germany, and Switzerland and even took the Queen Mary 2 home to the USA. Borgo Scopeto was our most favorite stop. We hope to return

There is actually not one thing we didn’t like about this place. The staff do absolutely everything for you, and make you feel comfortable and welcome the minute you arrive. The pool and scenery was beautiful, we loved the waiter service. Beautiful local wines. The most amazing dinner, one of the best we had in our stay in Italy. Not forgetting the amazing breakfast. Honestly would recommend this place to anyone. Just beautiful. You’ll see what I mean from the minute you arrive and drive up that driveway, just wow.

The location & setting is gorgeous - the rooms - due to old buildings - are a bit "dark" as the old buildings mainly only have small windows. Overall very beautiful.

Unfortunately 400.- Euro cash from my wallet - left in the room - disappeared. I would have expected the hotel to do more to get clearity of the incident.

The attention to details with immaculate design of the place is simply stunning and a real gem - even in such a beautiful Chianti region! It was our 3rd time in Borgo Scopeto and 1st with our little dog Loki. The treat he got was a real 5 star approach. Loki got his own bed, welcome snacks, cleaning set and his own dog’s menu - which was of a super high quality (we took 2 sets with us when we left for home). The hotel's interior as well as architecture is exceptional, offering a true sense of luxury amidst the lush greenery of the surrounding hills.

Absolutely nothing

The location is amazing, and so are the rooms and the buildings.

There are 2 pools, one is adults only, which was lovely and quiet, until KIDS came!! Nothing was said to them, I even said something at reception, but nothing was done and the same thing happened the next day! This was very disappointing when you book somewhere because it has this facility. Sun beds need updating too, at £450 a night you expect a mattress on them.

The property is impressive, with extensive grounds, and has everything visitors might wish for across all age groups including two pools and a spa, an excellent restaurant. The staff are welcoming, incredibly friendly and sociable and helpful.

We liked everything about the property. It is deep in the Tuscan country side but the local towns are accessible by car or taxi. Siena is the closest and a must if one has not already been there. The Duomo is a standout must.

This is a beautifully renovated country estate. The interior design is luxurious. The adult pool area is very relaxed and chilled. The lovely staff were warm and friendly. Service was excellent. We had dinner at the hotel for our 3 night stay and enjoyed the food very much. The wine service was excellent. The view to Siena was breathtaking.
