Good location and good room ,bed very comfortable.Pool facilities excellent ,well maintained and liked the provision of towels. Breakfast meets the needs but could be expanded on… some hotels have an “ egg captain “ providing omelettes and fried.

The restaurant at night is poor. The menu is reasonable both in terms of selection and pricing BUT the ambience is non existent… wouldn’t take much to change it… ie lower lighting, candles/lights on tables, quiet background music….. maybe even some screens to reduce the size from breakfast to create a more intimate atmosphere. Hotel Executive next door has it about right… which is why we eat there twice at night.

The coffee for breakfast is from a machine in self service and does not correspond to expectations and quality in Italy

Very good hotel! We had a superior room with an extra bed. The room was spacious enough, with good facilities and very clean. The reception staff were nice and friendly. Excellent pool with a bar!

The location is about 2 km from the center — calling a taxi was almost impossible, but it's a nice walk. The only negative remark: the lady at the pool bar seemed to be in a bad mood two days in a row, and the supervisor at breakfast wasn’t very polite. The rest of the staff were very friendly and welcoming

Very convenient location. Large free parking, silent neighbourhood, large and comfortable room, nice gym and pool. It was very pleasant to relax in the pool after a busy day travelling around. The staff is very friendly. Victor, the guy who works in the pool, is especially nice.

I have three suggestions to give. i) More options of fruits for breakfast, please ii) a restroom by the pool is obviously necessary iii) a second coffee machine in the restaurant would reduce the long queues And by the way, the restaurant lacks some sophistication compared to the rest of the facilities.

Very clean, impressive reception and bar area. Rooms were a good size, air con was perfect. Staff were very polite and helpful.

There was building works being commenced daily by the pool area, we weren’t made aware of this beforehand and it made for a very noisy chilled few days by the pool

Room service menu displayed some dinner prices, outside the restaurant others and once we sat in the restaurant other prices were displayed (same item was 8€ higher room service vs restaurant). Noting that room service charged also 8€ and the restaurant 3€ of coperto per person. So not sure if it was an issue of outdated menus or else. Food was ok, somewhat bland and small portions.

Good selection for breakfast. Nice size room. Quiet pool area with plenty of loungers and fresh towels. Pleasant bar lounge. Good restaurant. Helpful staff. Daily cleaning of room.

Location was ideal if you have a car. However, it is a good hilly half hour walk into the town if you do not have access to a car.

The rooms were clean and spacious and the staff friendly.

The breakfast was not very good. Bad juices (they did not taste natural) and bad coffee (I think the machine was unbalanced).

Good parking lot area and a big room

1) To go to my room, we needed to cross two doors along the emergecy staircase (very strange!l) 2) There is no smart tv inside the room 3) Lack of good options for the breakfast 4) A little bit far away from Siena tourist sites.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, clean and new. The staff is very nice and willing to help. Good gym that’s open most of the day, which is great with all the carbs in Italy 😄 We had a very good time. also the location was great for us because it has easy access to the rural area.

The air conditioning was set up only for heat, which was too much for us. The first night we had trouble sleeping because of that, and when we called reception they didn’t help. When we came to reception in the morning (different staff) they immediately offered to give us a fan and that really helped, but maybe consider to cancel the temperature control.
