This is a great place to stay but a very long way from the train station. As the location is actually easy to get to from the train station if you know how to go every reservation should include — If arriving from the train station go left out the door of the train station, left onto the bridge, cross the bridge, ( Coop will be on the right), continue right onto the addressed street, up the hill for several metres to the gates of the correct address on your left. DO NOT GO UP THE EXCALATERS TO THE OLD CITY.

All okay but most people arrive by car so better directions for those arriving by train and walking would be good.

The swimming pool was great! The apartment was really spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well-equipped. The staff was very nice and helpful. A large supermarket (Coop) is within a 10-minute walking distance.

Before arriving at the hotel, I didn't realize how much of an uphill walk from the train station it would be to get there. There's a bus stop nearby, but it's a one-way street (downhill) and the bus line is circular, so getting to the hotel by public transport is actually difficult. The only options are walking or taking a taxi.

I really enjoyed my stay. The receptionist and manager were so helpful and friendly, and the manager even organised dinner for myself and my companion, as we had only arrived that day and hadn't booked. The staff and chef in the restaurant were also so kind and friendly. They all made us feel like part of their family, not just a guest. We even got hugs when we left. I would recommend this hotel for your stay for its welcoming and friendly people and for its clean environment.

The fridge motor made a loud noise, especially when you were sleeping at night. It might be something that a technician could look at and adjust.

Very friendly staff, Ariyana (not sure if I’m spelling her name correctly) was extremely polite and so helpful guiding us to the apartment. Her and Aiana made the stay pleasant. Nice quiet location and a spectacular view of the Siena tower and Duomo in the distance. A great little pasticceria a short walk up the hill. Ideal for a lite breakfast. A small pathway behind the apartments was nice for a short walk.

Rooms were a bit chilly, as the heat was turned down for the summer season. The staff was quick to deliver extra blankets though. Could have used a coffee maker in the rooms. Otherwise all was good

The space it was very large & very clean nice quality furniture and the bed linen was top quality cotton. The carpark was a great asset and undercover. Having a TV and sofa with fridge/freezer to keep drinks and food in was a nice relaxing space to come back to after walking, driving and sightseeing. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Needed a hairdryer and a few more accessories in the apartment nowhere to hang coats up.

Modern facilities, the rooms were large and had even a kitchen to use. The hotel has both a pool and a fitness center. The room had very comfortable temperature (thanks to A/C) which was very useful during the warm days (33-36C). Very clean, and guests are provided with extra towels to use at the pool.

Fitness center had mostly cardio machines and a few light weights (max 8kg). If you're looking to work out during your stay, it might be limited.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Property is in a great neighbourhood with a great cafe up the road, train station close by, and Siena town centre within walking distance. We loved staying here.

We had an amazing stay at Siena Hills Apartments. The location was quiet, and the gated community felt very safe. There weren't too many people, and the guests were of mixed nationalities, adding to the diverse atmosphere. Overall, we were really happy with our stay.

The lack of a balcony was a drawback, and the kitchen equipment was really limited. Basic items like a wine opener and dish brush were missing, and the frying pan was super small, making it hard to prepare anything more complex than breakfast. You have to bring almost everything you need.

Great location, with easy access to Siena on a local bus. The apartments look very new and everything is very clean and well kept. The team here are friendly and very nice. The pool was great, plenty of sunbeds available for the number of guests and close to the bar for cold drinks and snacks. Our apartment was huge, which was ideal for us - 3 friends sharing the room. There's a decent kitchen for anyone wanting to self cater. The only thing that would have made this better was a few pictures on the walls. It felt very stark.

The location was wonderful... lots of parking and we could take a bus into town or walk via a shopping center escalator that goes all the way up the hill into the city. At night, we walked home... steep at the end, but it was cooler. The hotel is just getting started again- the rooms are big but need some more chairs. The pool is not very large but had a pretty location. Breakfast was excellent. It was perfect for our short stay in Siena.
