- The apartment is on the 3rd very high floor without elevator. So it was pretty hard to get there with the luggage

Depending on the neighbors and how sensitive is your sleep, the corridor sounds might be a little disturbing. Wasn't an issue in our case, but good to be aware

Room got very hot at night even with a fan. Had to keep door open for airflow as was too stuffy otherwise. Apart from that excellent value place to stay in Siena!

From the minute we arrived at Casa di Osio we felt welcomed and at home. Having accidentally entered a (come si chiama la zona dov’è interdetto di guidare?) zone while driving to the apartment, we risked being fined. Matteo, the owner of Casa di Osio, was incredibly helpful and responsive on the phone and because of him we were not penalized for the mishap. The room was quaint and clean, and the whole apartment made us feel at home. We met Matteo in person and he was lovely. The apartment itself could not be more central, as we stepped right into the heart of cobblestone streets of Siena. We would definitely stay again, and we will keep our fond memories of this home away home.

Easy access to food shops for breakfast and meals. Very close to the main areas for sightseeing. It seemed a genuine experience of a genuine Italian apartment with pictures and ornaments around. The kitchen was shared but this worked out well as the other guests were pleasant. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

As we were later in the holiday season, it rained a lot and it was not very easy to get our clothes dry as we were not allowed to use the dryer. During the main holiday season it would have been warmer and easier to dry clothes.

Location is awesome. Personel is perfect. They helped us if we have any problem. Even they allowed us to leave our baggages and take anytime we want. So, hospital.

No elevator and 4 th floor. But, we could easily handle with it.

Big room, comfortable bed, great view from the window, easy access with code. Note: the apartment is on the last floor and there is no elevator.

We never saw the owner from the place, which for us was a bit sad because wanted to ask a few things and it felt a bit unpersonal. But this is personal taste. Everything else was nice.
