The "art deco" decor was fresh and appealing and everything new and very clean. Owner Mauricio's enthusiasm for the place was contagious and he went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is just a few steps away from the hustle bustle of the main streets and therefore peaceful, and we enjoyed the little balcony attached to our room with the view of the Sienese rooftops. Also just short distance down the street is the series of six long escalators that will take you up to the level of the Duomo. We used them a lot! Siena is very hilly!

The location was amazing and Maurizio went out of his way to send videos to ensure we made it safely as well as tons of recommendations. The homemade pastries were delicious and the fridge was stocked with plenty of snacks, including cheese and non- dairy creamer which I appreciated. This B&B was our favorite out of 4 places we stayed throughout our trip. The bed also was extremely comfortable! We went to a larger hotel in another city after this one and immediately regretted not staying at this B&B longer as it was the best stay!

This was literally the best accommodation of my life. The room was spacious, so well decorated and with a super comfortable bed. The shower had led lights and don’t even get me started with my own private breakfast experience at the private balcony 😍 on top of all of that, the food available for breakfast was a delight (literally had the best carrot cake of my life). As if this alone wasn’t enough already, I became great friends with the BEST host I’ve ever met. Maurizio went above and beyond for me as his guests. He sent me so many videos, messages and audios via WhatsApp explaining in detail how and where to park my car, how to open the doors with his keys, how to use the coffee machine and many more. I’d like to stress out that all of these details are often things that aren’t necessarily and that hosts generally don’t do. Maurizio did so so much even though he trully didn’t have to! Showing his upmost commitment in making his guests feel comfortable and being available at any time. Just staying here for one night and meeting Maurizio was enough to make me want to return to Sienna, I completely and utterly felt at home away from home. If I could rate this place and 11/10 I would. Thank you once more my dearest friend Maurizio, may we meet again. ❤️

Everything was wonderful!! The host, Maurizio, was warm, kind, welcoming and so helpful! He gave me a city map and pointed out locations of attractions and gave recommendations of great places to eat. He offered me a coffee and some cake (so delicious) upon arrival and as a solo traveler made me feel so safe and welcome. The space is beautiful, clean, and had everything I needed. The spa shower was so relaxing and bed very comfortable - I slept so well (my best sleep of the trip so far). It was also very quiet. The location is perfect - very close to the main tourist attractions but away from the crowds of tourists. By far the best place I have stayed!

The locations is excellent, near the Campo but off the beaten track in a residential neighborhood and very quiet. The accommodations are extremely well done with amazing attention to detail: beautiful tiles and wall coverings, excellent lighting, good mattresses, a really well-done bathroom, and in my room, a walk-in closet for stashing things out of the way. I especially appreciated the communal lounge, which provided another place to work, relax, and enjoy takeaway meals. Maurizio is hospitable by nature and his friendly presence really enhanced the stay. I look forward to a return visit.

Great location, just a short walk (150 m) from Piazza del Campo but in a very quiet neighborhood , and close to Parking Santa Caterina. The host, Maurizio, arranged the permit to enter the ZTL zone to drop our luggage and to easily access the Santa Caterina parking. Excellent communication with the host. Maurizio and Adriano sent us very clear instructions on how to access the premises. The room was spacious, very comfortable and nicely decorated and everything was extremely clean. Beautiful view overlooking the tower of the Duomo. There is a cute and welcoming space for breakfast with a small kitchen with everything you need to have breakfast (cheese, cold cuts, yoghourt, milk, etc…) , coffee machine and delicious homemade cake by Glenda. Wonderful hosts, cozy room and top location ….that’s why we highly recommend staying at Fonte Gaia experience

The accommodation is located near Piazza del Campo, but still very quiet. The room is spacious, clean and focused on cozy details. The entire property is historic, but yet renovated, so it is very comfortable. Thanks to Glenda and Maurizio we felt very welcoming - their freshly baked cakes made staying here a special experiance. The breakfast is a do-it-yourself breakfast with delicious local cheeses and meats, yogurts and excellent coffee. They gave us detailed instructions on how to get to the location, reserved parking place without any problems and provided many tips on what to visit in Sienna. The best location in Siena for those travelling by car. The location is only 3 minutes away from the main street of the city centre and at the same time accessible by car, which is very rare in Siena. Maurizio, the friendliest host I've ever had the opportunity to meet, gave us detailed instructions on how to get to the location, arranged a temporary ZTL pass for unloading our luggage, offered us parking in the nearby St. Caterina's car park at a lower price than usual for the duration of our stay and many other very useful tips for someone exploring Siena and its surroundings. Not to mention the daily fresh homemade local pastries, which are always available alongside breakfast ...

Staying at Fonte Gaia Experience is definitely an experience and a wonderful one at that. The accommodation is a few minutes walk from Piazza del Campo - so convenient. Maurizio was like our personal tour/restaurant guide and not just for Siena as, when we told him we were travelling on to Perugia, he sent us restaurant/ice cream tips. Eat where he suggests as he knows his food. He also arranged a permit so we could drop our bags outside the house and arranged parking a few minutes walk away. The bed was so comfortable, the shower has great pressure and a lovely big TV with Netflix. You will not find hospitality like this anywhere else in Siena. Maurizio genuinely cares about his guests and their enjoyment in his adopted City. We feel like we have made a lifelong friend. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when I return.

We have a great time at the Fonte Gaia Experience. The hosts (Maurizio and Glenda) are very kind and helpful. I would like to highlight Glenda's delicious cookies and cakes that she made for breakfast. My sister is gluten sensitive, so she baked a special cake for her and prepared gluten-free biscuits and rusks into the room. Exact information was provided for the use of the apartment. We could contact them at any time with our questions. We have never met such a hospitable accommodation, if we travel to Siena again we will definitely choose them.
