Perfect location a few steps from the Piazza and yet quiet, excellent buffet at the butcher (not just meat) next door.

It can be said that the toilet and sink are essentially part of the shower. By itself ok. But combined with the fact that water does not drain from the floor, this option is very unpleasant. After a short (!!!) shower, max. 1 minute, you have to dry yourself with towels, because then you won't be able to reach the sink and toilet with dry feet. The threshold to the room is low, so after a long shower you would have to mop the room as well. I firmly believe that they have already solved the water drain problem.

The hotel is in the centre so easy to go around and see attractions and find restaurants. The view from our room was breathtaking as you could see the city centre from above.

The bathroom needs a bit of work as the shower is literally next to the toilet with only a curtain so when you shower everything gets wet. I would suggest that they can built a small shower in the corner of the room next to the tv as there is a bit of space to do this. Otherwise everything else was perfect. :)

Lovely little hotel in the centre of Siena, which was very good value. It's not the most luxurious place in the world, but it was clean, comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is also only about a two minute walk from the Piazza del Campo. The air conditioning was a bonus too!

As I said it was a little basic and the rooms aren't huge, but that is reflected in the price.

Lovely room is an excellent location to discover Siena. Being NYE it was a bit noisy as others stayed out later than I did to enjoy the festivities. Not a problem as it was lovely to fall asleep to people enjoying themselves to the music.

Just getting my luggage up and down the stairs- but I knew that before I arrived. On booking.com it mentioned that breakfast was included, but not the case.

Details on booking.com are misleading, it says air-conditioning but this is set at a minimum of 24c and can't be changed also website advertised safety deposit box in room and there wasn't one. Not the staff's fault but information should be updated to manage guests' expectations

Great location, easy to find, and room larger than expected. Great views off a tiny balcony.

I booked an ‘attic’ room which I didn’t realize at the time (although was notified before my stay in case I wanted to upgrade). To reach it I had to go up 2 spiral staircases. The gentleman who checked me in was kind enough to carry my suitcase up. I was able to carry down but it shouldn’t be underestimated- it’s not for everyone.

I really liked the hotel. I had a single room which had totally enough space for one person. The A/C worked well so that I had a good sleep at night. It was clean, in the middle of the city center and I really liked the staff - especially the blond man was very friendly 😊 all in all, I can highly recommend that place and the price was really fair!

Perfect location if you want to stay for a few days and get a quick access to all the main spots and places in old town of Siena! Also the view on the square is mesmerising and very romantic. But you have to keep in mind that this is a crowded place so there’s always noise from the outside, also at night. The room itself is ok, comfortable bed and nice air conditioning if needed.

Very tiny room, small table not actually suitable for working on laptop.

The check in went well. The owner was pleasant, and everything worked out well enough for us.

The showers are very small, and the curtains stick to you when you shower. The curtains are a bit short, so the water flowed all over the bathroom which made it slippery and wet to step out into.

The location is great and the room was so cute looking out to the roofs. The reception staff were all so lovely and accommodating- first giving lots of recommendations, then allowing us to have a late check out and finally keeping our bags for us during the day.

There is low height clearance so we knocked our head a few times as we are tall and clumsy! The bathroom is really tiny that when you shower everything gets wet. Despite these things we really enjoyed the stay!
