We love this hotel! We've stayed here twice now for an annual event in Siena and the location is fabulous. The view from the terrace is amazing. The kitchen is very convenient.

AC worked well in the rooms but on the top floor it gets very hot and the bathroom is not well-ventilated. The beds are not very comfortable (very firm mattresses) but fine for a shorter stay! The cleaning staff came and tidied the room and made the beds but never cleaned the bathroom (we were there 6 nights).

Excellent location, very close to the central piazza and most attractions. Well-maintained and very friendly, helpful staff. Incredible view!

Beds were made and towels replaced every three days but otherwise no cleaning was done in the rooms (we were there ten days so it would have been good to have some cleaning). Also there are 114 stairs to climb which would have been nice to know - I would have packed lighter!

I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough! I absolutely lived staying here for 4 nights and found it very difficult to leave. The location is amazing. the view from my room window was astounding and it was very quiet and comfortable. I was expecting the flights of stairs and it didn’t bother me at all. The owners were very helpful and pleasant. I even lived the fact that thrtea wasn’t a TV in the room!

The location was perfect, a few minutes from Piazza del Campo, and a short walk throughout the rest of the center of the city. The views from the room and balcony were magical.

This isn't a con - just be aware before booking that there are 112 steps to the main floor, and there is no elevator.

The amazing view of Siena is well worth the 5+ flights of stairs to the apartment!! So well thought out apartments in the centre of beautiful Siena. We didn’t use the shared kitchen facilities as there was just too much exploring of Siena to do, but it was really well equipped. Apartment was lovely and clean, checking in was easy and no issues. There is a lovely balcony too - drink wine and enjoy the views. See photo attached, the first one is the view from our window, the second one shows the apartment at the top of the photo. Would definitely recommend staying here for the views alone!

Nothing - just be aware of the stairs

Beautiful location near the Piazza del Campo and very nice and comfortable rooms. Unbelievable views! The team were very clear about it being on the fifth floor with no elevator available. Don’t be caught off guard by this! It’s a lovely stay, just make sure you’re capable of climbing the stairs with your luggage!

Lovely room, decorated nicely and great location. Communication with the staff was easy and I was able to leave my bag before check in time. The outdoor terrace views are wonderful.

Nothing really, but being a Saturday night and in such a central location, it was very noisy until late into the evening. This wouldn’t stop me staying again but I might bring earplugs!

Helpful and friendly staff, a superb location in the thick of Siena but yet tucked away enough for a peaceful surrounding with beautiful terrace views and comfortable bed.

A nice little mini-bar would be welcome if only to place chilled water or beverages, and unfortunately not all rooms have windows to see the outside world. Be ready to walk a few flights!

The absolute best room I had during my travels in Italy. The staff was really friendly and helpful both on site and when reaching out to them online. Its placed in the center of Siena and I had a big room with two big windows so you could see 180 degrees around you. Comfy bed, modern bathroom and plenty of power sockets. A common kitchen was available with refrigerator/freezer and great free coffee. Lastly but not least, the terrace offers probably the best view in Siena. Total view over 180 degrees and the other way than my room so still stunned about the total view from this place. So here you can enjoy the sunset with a fine wine and a heavenly view. Cant recommend this place enough!

It wasn't a huge problem for me but there's only stairs and 6 floors of them. But that's a good way to burn of all the nice wine and cheese your going to enjoy during your stay

Everything was amazing. The room was big, with high ceilings, the bed very comfortable, the sheets very clean. The view on the room was superb.

The only downside is that it's at the 5th floor with no elevators. For me it was fine but for the older people I was with it was a bit of a struggle.
