The property is located right next to the baptistery and absolutely beautiful. We were sent very clear directions via watts-app with a video. The guys that run the building are very friendly and knowledgable, we did not have breakfast but the dining looked clean. The room is huge , with a fridge and proper size mugs for tea and coffee! They will call you a taxi for the station that will pick up right at the square. The Roxy bar just round the corner is great for breakfast, afternoon drinks , evenings.

Nothing a real gem

room clean .location was excellent ,very near to plazo de campo and lots restaurants although it was quite a steep climb from the campo but doable slowly.tea making facilities in room was appreciated and a small fridge.nice thought that some bottles of water was supplied in room, altho a small carton of milk would have been nice, but was supplied with some when we asked for it. power shower was fab and plenty supply of hot water. friendly and helpful hosts. Cold buffet breakfast was plentiful with good choices. we would definately stay again.

bed was a little hard but OK. everything else was top notch.

This place is beyond wonderful. Amazing location, it really doesn't get better in all of Italy, I think. I could practically touch the Duomo from my window and it is steps away from great restaurants and all of Siena. The room was large and the bathroom modern and very comfortable. Check in was very easy, no problems and hosts were very helpful. We didn't spring for the breakfast mainly because my husband is diabetic so doesn't eat an "Italian" breakfast, but the spread looked amazing and the main room is charming and comfortable. I didn't want to leave. Wish I could live here!

The room was very nice with fabulous views and a beautiful fresco ceiling.

Not easy to gain entry as it was a key box and although our host sent me an email with instructions, I wasnt able to receive it which was not his fault. I had expected a reception and if I had known it was a key box I would probably not have booked this residence. However, Im very glad I did as we had a very enjoyable stay.

It was clean, the bed was comfortable. They gave you bottled water.

The room was very small. There is no air conditioner or fan. It was quite warm so we had to have the window open, which would have been ok but the street noise was bad due to its nearness to town. The duomo is literally out their front door. There was also no one to greet you.

Palazzo del Magnifico was superbly located next to the Duomo providing a stellar view right from our window. The decor was lovely with lots of charming embellishments, breakfast was consistently good and our host Philipo was very responsive to any requests, charming, and very patient and helpful with our attempts to speak Italian. We had an amazing week there!

Everything was perfect!

First of all great location👌 you live just in front of entrance to Duomo! The building itself is really special and historic, inside a lot of characteristics on the walls and ceiling. All facilities inside the room existed including kettle, glasses, tea, coffeee, fruits, comfortable bed, all bath equipment. Very kind Phillipo on reception who served us perfect breakfast 🍳

We had rooms with windows inside the yard, it was super load especially since 4am with permanent smell of bakery) you should inform them before arrival the time because they are not all time there and it could be a problem to go in if you don’t have possibility to call.

The property is well located in the centre of Siena. It was a fantastic option for a one-night stay! The staff were incredibly helpful and assisted us with a seamless valet transfer from the outer city limits given the LTZ in place.

The room doesn’t have aircon but you are provided with a large fan. Although it could be a little overbearing throughout the night. But truly, nothing to detract from this wonderful facility!

We love the location. The host was a very nice. The breakfast was really a good value and delicious.

Our room was small, but we booked it knowing it was small. It also didn’t have air conditioning, but it had a nice fan and we also knew that we still really loved our stay there.
