Very good location, just outside Siena and also very close to Monteriggioni and San Gimignano. The room was clean and spacious, with all the necessary facilities. Very good and varied breakfast, with more then enough (savoury and sweet) options. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, we very much appreciated they lent us one of their own umbrellas!

It is not a problem at all, but have in mind that the hotel is a bit far from the historical center. However, it was not a problem since we were driving and it was good to visit the real Siena outside the touristic zone.

This hotel was a well appointed, clean lovely place to stay. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. The staff was courteous and kind. The rooms were generous in size with a lovely balcony that overlooked the Siena countryside.

The hotel is OK, the room was clean and tidy. The hotel is very close to the center and is easily accessible. Parking is good and safe. I would like to praise the lady from Ukraine who works at the reception, a very pleasant person who represents the hotel in the best way.

I have no complaints.

Firstly, it was the staff. The receptionist was extremely nice, always willing to help, and she made a mean cappuccino for breakfast. The first thing she did on arrival was to upgrade our room free of charge "since it was available", she was always prepared to answer our questions, and that coffee. The hotel had an unmistakable italian holiday vibe -- hard floor, traditional furnishing, no carpets, soft beds. The aircon was only adequate, definitely not up to American mall standard, but it did the job of making the otherwise scorching days bearable. Breakfast was excellent. Cappuccino was delicious, selections of pastry and cheeses were available (although at request, which was a bit odd), the rest was self service. The hotel covered breakfast better than a typical Italian does, that is for sure. Cleanlines was impeccable, the towels were excellent and the soap was top notch. I picked the hotel for its price and free parking. It was inexpensive and the parking was indeed free, but regarding everything else, my expectations were completely exceeded. Balcony was a nice touch, completely unexpected, yet thoroughly enjoyable. A bonus tip: a whole day parking at the Siena railway station garage costs just two euro, and an escalator then takes you to the centre level

There really is nothing. It's not like it could be moved closer to the Sienna city centre.

Convenient location with parking as we were passing through siena. Nice reception staff and a good breakfast is available too.

It's an outdated hotel but it offers what you need.

Walls were really thin, so you could hear everything, which kept us awake in some nights.

Wonderful quiet location with all you need around. Very professional and caring stuff, clean rooms, and very tasty breakfast! It was very convenient to park our van, you can buy local wine right in a hotel.

Free-parking, booked on the same day, 3 or 4 hours before our arrival. Located in the outskirts of Siena (15 min by car from city centre). Breakfast was good.

There was no hairdryer in the bathroom.
