This was my last hotel before heading home. Had a major problem with my rented electric car and the hotel staff was the best ever. They were super helpful, called and talked to everyone (in Italian) at rental to try to solve the problem, made sure I got on the airport on time. They are just the best. Hands up to Georgia. She was simply the best! The location is also great (just five minutes drive from San gigmiano), the pool was nice and the rooms were very comfortable. a/C worked just perfectly. If you are in doubt just book this hotel.

The view from the balcony was great. Location was nice and the private parking was a big plus. The two girls at the reception were very kind and helpful. Spacious room.

Breakfast - limited choice and not very tasty. To my surprise when I asked for an espresso macchiato at the restaurant the only option I was given was a machine where I can press a button … in Italy?!? I mean, that’s not serious at all. I hate that type of coffee machines in general and I have never used one in Italy. Server (blond lady) was not very kind either.

Very close to San Gimignano and the restaurant next door is nice. The staff are all helpful and there is an honor fridge with water, soft drinks and beer in the lobby. It’s been recently renovated and quite comfortable with central A/C which is a nice touch. The pool is a great place to unwind after a hot day bicycling or touring San Gimignano. The minifridge means you can cool snacks and wine to have a relaxed apericena and evening.

Outside the hustle bustle of Sam Gimignano; an easy drive up to parking. Nice uncrowded pool. Staff is excellent. On site restaurant (not owned by hotel is excellent.

The only problem was the air conditioning in my room was not operating properly. The room would not cool. Was only there 2 nights headed to another place in Tuscany so didn’t complain. They were full, so asking for another room was not an option.

Good location close to San Gimignano. Breakfast was good and the on site restaurant was delicious. Good recommendation from the staff for local wine tasting at Il Palagione and dinner at Perucá in San Gimignano.

I did not realize the economy room we booked was not part of the main hotel structure. It was a single room that was part of the on-site restaurant. WiFi was a little spotty in our room.

The receptionist also spoke German! The room was comfortable with a small terrace. It had AC and a small fridge. The hotel had a swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. The pool water didn't smell like chlorine that much which is good. The breakfast is very sweet, that is apparently custom here but if you don't like that you will not enjoy it that much. There was enough parking space at the hotel and across the street. You have a great view of the hills of Tuscany!

It's right next to the street and the cars go very fast. You can not walk anywhere from there since there are no sidewalks. This is not the hotels fault and not a big deal, just wanted to mention it so others know what to expect. This seems to be custom here in Tuscany.

We had a wonderfully stay. It was lovely to get to know Donatella, her husband and the family that run the hotel. They all went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable. Also, thanks to Andrea, Julia, Aliss and Valentina that went out of their way to met all our needs with a smile. We were sad to leave as this family made us really feel welcome and at home. Will definitely go back.

Great place to spend some time in the countryside, nice pool, great view from our balcony, San Gimignano is about 1 mile away, you can walk the back road to get to town.

They charge 5 euros to get a towel to use at the pool.

It has been the most amazing and truly wonderful experience. A fantastic property! But most and foremost: the team at reception is just outstanding. Julia and Alessia are very friendly, yet extremely professional. It has been fascinating to see such a high level of professionalism at the end of a long, demanding, challenging summer season.

Lovely hotel, excellent staff who were very friendly and helpful. Good, basic accommodation. Continental breakfast with toast, tomatoes, cheese, croissants, cereals, antipasti, yoghurt, fruit, coffee and juice.

Would be nice to have water and glasses in rooms, and the shower door did not close properly, so floor got very wet.
