Everything! The B&B was extremely chic and looked so much better than in the photos. The rooms were cool, and the beds were comfy, they provided everything one would need when travelling. Almost wish I didn't have to leave!

The cleaning lady was not speaking English, but was respectful, so there was a bit of misunderstanding there. It is also funny that they are a B&B but they don't provide any breakfast. However, alternatives for eating are just a few meters away, so this was not a huge issue.

Location

My room had now windows , only had a set of french doors that opened directly onto street level. Very impractical !

Lovely property located in Centro Storico of San Casciano in Val De Pesa... Free parking about a 4 min walk away.

Bed did not meet expectations. Uncomfortable... I had to double up the blanket and bedspread to cushion the mattress. Other than this was a great experience!

Breakfast, as buffet, not included as mentioned in Booking.com, instead a regular, but quite poor breakfast was offered in a nearby coffe place…

No one was there to check us in at the confirmed time and we had to pay for an international call to reach someone who then told us they had left earlier in the day as if that was our fault they weren’t there to let us in (despite having already confirmed/accepted our specific check in time well in advance). It seems no one works in the actual building as we never had contact with anyone who worked there in person at any point, it’s basically a self service system with limited guidance/direction as opposed to a traditional hotel. We also had trash in one of the beds when we arrived, it clearly wasn’t fully cleaned before our stay.
