I had an amazing experience during my stay — everything exceeded my expectations! The facilities were spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The staff was truly outstanding: friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. The location is also fantastic — very well connected and just a short walk from major metro and train stations. Getting to the most iconic and tourist-friendly spots in the city was easy, fast, and convenient. Every service offered was top-quality and made my trip so much more enjoyable. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting the city. It was one of the highlights of my trip, and I’m truly grateful for the wonderful hospitality. Thank you for making my stay so special!

The hotel is a short walk from the main train station, right downtown in Florence. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was very good. The elevator was accessible for moving luggage up to the room.

The only problem I had was that the outlets in the room required a 3-pronged EU adapter, with a ground post between the typical EU-style prongs. This is different than the standard EU adapter, and I did not have one with and was unable to charge my devices until I got back to the airport. I was able to use my adapters at the airport, so perhaps the hotel has an older-style adapter?

Very centrally located with good breakfast and comfy beds. Really, all you need for an stay in Florence

Wifi did not reach good in our room. If you are a foreigner with no access to data, this would be a problem. Also, the coffee is not good either. However, staff, location and food really balance things to positive

Hotel Palazzo Orgnissanti worked really well for us. Comfortable, quiet, exceptionally clean, friendly and welcoming staff, great breakfast with lots of options, including scrambled egg and bacon as well as fresh fruits, cereals, yoghurts, cold meats, cheeses, toast, various kinds of croissant and fabulous coffee. The staff were happy for us to take a table in the dining / lobby area and eat our take-away pizzas and drink our own wine! 5 minutes walk from the tram stop outside the main station. About 10 minutes from El Duomo - a nice walk if you take the route by the river

Our rooms, whilst clean and attractive, were perhaps a little smaller than would be ideal and storage for clothing was limited. There was no tea / coffee-making facility. To be honest these are minor issues, especially as this hotel was more affordable than many.

Short walk from train station, and not too far from Duomo etc. Good location. Friendly staff. Nice gluten free options for breakfast (basket with cereal, bread, cookies). Clean and nice setting. Possible for pre-check in by mobile. It made the check in upon arrival really fast. Also fast check out.

My room was facing the street, and it was quite noisy, could not sleep with windows open. Room was really hot at first but when keeping the curtains closed during days and window open in evening, it cooled off, so not really an issue after the first day. Pillows were a bit uncomfortable.

Typical traditional Italian hotel with pleasant rooms. Breakfast room was nicely done and plenty of choice for breakfast. Staff were extremely helpful and do deserve a special mention. Hotel was only a five/ten minute walk from the main railway station so location was great.

Room was a little warm - not sure if fitted with air conditioning but could have done with it being useable if it was.

The room is medium-sized—not too small. I liked both the room and the hotel’s location. Everything was clean, and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good; however, adding fresh curd would be a nice improvement.

The bathing area is quite small and not spacious enough for a comfortable shower.

I stayed at this hotel with my parents about 15 years ago and booked it out of familiarity. It is as I remembered, they have kept their standards well! Really lovely location, close to the station, clean, nice breakfast and friendly staff. A great place to stay if you want a base and plan to explore a lot.

Good choice of items for breakfast. Room clean and good facilities. Location excellent for what we needed and not too far to walk to the sights. Staff were very helpful.

The shower head was fixed, very high and powerful which resulted in the floor becoming very wet when it was turned on.
