Great value. Very close to train station (5 min walk) in a nice area with several restaurants close by. Also close to all the main attractions- maybe a 15 min walk. Really clean and safe. Room was spacious.

Decor a bit faded. Air conditioner started to leak water during the night. When I reported it to a man on reception the next morning he said I needed to empty a water tank on balcony to fix this. Perhaps when cleaning room for new arrivals the staff could do this? Or else put a notice in the rooms explaining how to avoid the issue.

Location is the best as it is near the train station (10 minutes walking) and close to the center of Florence. We walked everywhere. All attractions are just within a walk-in-distancing. The room was neat and tidy, small but high ceiling which was very good. The hotel staff is very nice. Wi-Fi is so so.

Noise from the street. The good news is that with the windows closed, there is no noise.

Room was great and great location

Not sure if it was in the hotel or floor above but there seemed to be some kind of prostitution happening that would echo through the whole hotel. It happened no matter what time I was in the hotel on everyday I stayed, morning, evening and midnight, very loud moaning and yelling.

The room was clean, white bed linen and towels. It was really cool that I could do check-in earlier because the room was done already. I liked the location because the hotel is in old city and many sightseeing spots are close to the hotel.

It could be more new and in better condition.

These places can be very difficult to get inside if you don't actually speak the language. The host just kept telling me I was at the wrong hotel luckily a lady from inside the building helped us to get in and it was the address he had given us. L

The location, you can just walk from Santa Novella Train Station to the hotel in 6 min. The center is about 16 min or less, so you will not have problems to enjoy museums, cathedrals and restaurants. The room was very clean, big and comfortable, I really like it. I didn't notice any sound from other rooms or the street that not allow me to rest all the night. The personal is very kind and help in any questions thah you have. The last day after the checkout, I asked them to storage my baggage, so I can enjoy my last day in Florence, they happily did it. You really will enjoy the location, the rest and your days un Florence, with you partner or family.

The bathtub, I really don't understand why they have it in the room, is dangerous, there is not any kind of support to grab meanwhile you're taking a bath, there is only one small glass that is useless to keep the water in the tub, so after you finish the bath, in the floor will be a water, and again there is not any support to grab and get out to the tub Also I have the bad luck that the bathtub drain wasn't working properly, so the water stagnated. I really prefer a shower in the wall. More safety and cleaner. That is my only complain.

Spacious room with a comfortable bed, even if reception area looks a bit drab. Good location for visiting all the sites in Florence on foot. Near the train station too. Towels changed every day, clean. For breakfast, cafe Gamberini right downstairs is excellent. For aperitivo, they serve a whole tray of snacks for free with your drink. All in all, this is a good place for visiting Florence, no major issues. Staff very friendly, we got recommendations for restaurants. Communication via WhatsApp was smooth.

A bit of noise in the evening from a pub across the street, but it didn’t really disturb my sleep. Bathroom is perfectly ok but could be modernised (very small shower in a huge room?). Reading lamp next to my bed was a bit “tired” and not easy to use as a result. These are only tiny details that did not affect our stay much. I can recommend this place.

The location was very close to everything, but not on a busy street. The reception was friendly and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The bathroom had both a bath and a shower, which was nice.

WiFi coverage was pretty poor, barely working in the room, and the mobile signal was also pretty weak. The room was mostly clean, but the bathroom could do with a bit more effort.

Decent room for price with balcony. Close to restaurants and transportation.

Very hard too find. Had to go up two flights of stairs with luggage. Rooms need updating. Wallpaper peeling off in several areas. Small shower and shower assembly fell apart. Fridge not working.

We like the service. On reception Sabrina Cristallo its a very kind and friendly . She helped us In everything. All time smile and polite. I lost my jacket in a train she helped me to write to the train company for a lost and find . Than she helped us to find hotel in Milan.

Direction its very good. From railway station only 5 minutes to the hotel and all places are very near. Clean room and down its nice cafe Garibaldi
