I loved this place. Don't judge it by the exterior gate... inside it is pretty modern and spacious. The rooms are spotless, the air conditioner works perfectly, the little balcony/indoor courtyard attached to my room was very cute. Even though the bathroom was outside the room itself and in principle 'shared', not once did I find it occupied by someone else. The staff are very courteous and the cleaning service is excellent. Highly recommend these shared-bathroom-rooms for value for money.

Great location in Florence. Reception were very friendly. We had our own private bathroom (although separate to the room, it was just down the hall - we expected this). The wifi was great

Little things - the sink in the room didn’t drain properly and the shower/bathroom was tiny so it was hard not to get the whole bathroom wet. It had great ventilation and dried in no time though. The bed sagged in the middle so both my partner and I found ourselves rolling towards the centre all night but it was comfortable enough The walls are thin so we could hear our neighbours and their alarms but this seems to be common throughout Italy

Unbelievable value in Florence. Bed and room are comfortable, clean and easy. Location is amazing for how much you’re paying. There is always someone in the entrance watching the door, and the staff is kind and easy to communicate with.

If you’re not comfortable carrying a heavy bag up a tall and narrow flight of stairs you may have some trouble. I stayed in the dreaded room 21, which apparently has an evil lock,but the staff was very helpful when my door wouldn’t open.

The location is convenient and an easy walk to many of the main attractions in Florence. The air conditioning worked well, water pressure was strong and hot water was great.

The location proximity to the train station and public transport. The lovely café for breakfast nearby at the corner. The quiet courtyard-side room and air conditioning. The price.

Loved the location, the terrace, the room was good, nothing fancy. It was only a few blocks to the river with beautiful views! Close to laundry, cafe and nail salon 😀 everything we needed. Short walk to Duomo and other great sites.

The staff were very kind, especially the man and lady in the reception. They were very helpful. We did early check in, they directly arranged a empty room for us. Even we early check out the other day, they kindly accepted to hold our luggage almost half of the day.

Can not tell anything bad

The building is old, just like all another ones in Florence, but it is a clean and nice place to stay, with a good location, close to the station where you can leave your bags and head to the city center. After a long day walking you can have a really hot shower. Very good place to my bugdet. I recomend.
