Owners of the flat, man who help us too much. We check out in morning but our train was at night. They allowed us to drop our bags in flat and also they allowed us to bring keys with us. Then night, we came to take our bags, but my friend just forget to take one of his bag and we already leave the keys on flat. We called the flat owner and he came in 15 minutes with motorbike and let us enter the place again, it was 1 am! We are so thankfull for his support and smile face as always! The women was also perfect, she also reccomend best places for travel and she has also smily face as always!

The host was the loveliest and welcoming lady who cared that we got in and out safely. It felt like we were staying at someone's home. it was very quiet and convenient and spotlessly clean. There was a little fridge to keep our water cold as well as tea & coffee facilities. Also a little green walk out into to give the feeling of more space. Great location too. Obviously we can't change the size of the shower/toilet room so we coped but it's small. It's like many other Italian bathrooms. It was very clean and a good shower through and clean towels were offered daily.

The property was in a great location, although the street it’s on seemed very busy and chaotic, we were not disturbed by any of it once inside. Basic facilities but had absolutely everything we needed, very clean and very comfortable.

Our only problem was some banging coming from the property above us (the hotel is on the ground floor and the building is shared with other apartments/ occupants). It went on for quite a while one night and two of the mornings. Could have been some building work, but it is obviously not the fault of Relais Florence.

peaceful, quiet, and a great staff. my room had doors opened into a garden. Love that! When I arrive from the airport I was very tired. My bed was comfortable and I had a very good night sleep. in fact, I might’ve slept a little too long lol. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location was excellent. Looking forward to booking here again in the future!

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Location is prime, close to excellence restaurants, the train station, bus station, supermarket, and at walking distance of all major attractions. Bus stop at the door. Windows with 4 glasses, so no noise from the street was perceived. Fridge in the room.

You need to ring the bell to be checked in, with 👎 k signage on the street.

Doña Marcela and her husband Piero were fantastic and super helpful and accommodating with everything. It's rare to find a place where hosts are eager and willing to give you all of the knowledge around the surrounding area . They were super warm and welcoming. God willing I visit Florence again, I won't hesitate to book again. It's alos not far from the marketplace or train station

Perfect ground floor location less than 5 minute walk from train station. Ideal base for exploring Florence. The owner Piero was so helpful providing map and listing of what to see and suggesting where to eat. Great Cafe just 25metre away for quick breakfast.

The bathroom is functional but rather cramped.

Conveniently located. The hostess was great. Gave us a map and information to get around Florence even without asking for it. Let us store our luggage which was taken to our room after the room was ready. Room was complete with a microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker

A little hard to find the property. No sign available but it’s not the hotels fault

The location was excellent. It was a short walk from the train station, restaurants, and everything we wanted to see. There was a laundry service available. The hosts were wonderful and helpful. The room was comfortable and very quiet. It had everything we needed.

Staff was super nice and pleasant, always willing to help. Plus, there is a nice coffee machine in the room and free capsules are provided. Place is in a nice location, just 2-3 walking mins away from the train station and 5 mins from Santa Maria Novella.

Bed and room furniture is just average, not super comfortable.
