An extremely clean and elegant room, amazing bathroom and proper hypoallergenic pillows. The amenities were amazing and the staff an absolute delight. Definitely the place to stay again. A few other advantages: - If you plan on travelling light, there's a laundry service right next to the B&B entrance with very convenient prices and services; - The city center is a 15 minute walk; - several mini markets; - very close to the train station.

Staff is very friendly and will help with any problem or question you may have. Everything is well thought out, you can tell it's not their first day on the job :) The place is very clean and the breakfast is tasty. There is a lot of tourist material at the reception as well, so you can get acquainted with the surroundings quickly. Location is also very good, 5 mins by foot to a lot of main attractions.

Only thing I feel negative about is the parking situation, it is mentioned that it's provided/included, but you learn when you arrive in fact you have to drive around the corner and pay a daily rate to park in a garage there, it's not actually part of this advertised property (you do get a bit of a discount there if you mention you're from this B&B), which for me was a bit troublesome as I had a lot of things to unpack and carry. Only second thing I'd give as constructive criticism is that there's no soap in the shower, you get one small one for hands by the sink, but considering the price per night I'd expect another small soap in the shower isn't too much to ask for.

The aspect I valued the most was having a spacious private balcony, with a panoramic view of the nearby rooftops. The location is excellent: we reached the apartment within minutes of arriving and explored Florence on foot during our stay. The apartment is set in an elegant historic building with a beautiful entrance, but also features an elevator and modern interior design. Highly recommended for a comfortable and classy stay in Florence.

We enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfortable room. The location is excellent, a few steps from the train station. Also, almost every top attraction in the city is within walking distance. Excellent diners and restaurants very close by. The breakfast was delicious. Last but not least, the hosts were very acommodating, describing in detail whatever we asked. Thank you for everything! P.S. As a stay in Firenze, the added perks were the elevator and the balcony.

The rooms are great, clean, and quiet. The location is amazing for many reasons including laundry next door, walking distance to everything, and near the train station (easy to carry bags). The breakfast is great, yummy, and in a welcoming area. But topping all of that is the host Clarissa - she is awesome!! Extremely responsive at any time of the day or night. We got stuck in Pisa due to a delayed train before Christmas and we would have been late to pick up our laundry (which would have then been closed for a few days). Clarissa called them, paid them, and arranged for our clothes to be delivered to our room! We will be back!

Great breakfast and super communication for staff

I Sleep B&B is absolutely fantastic! First, owner and operator, Clarissa is an exceptional hostess. The pride she has in her establishment and caring for her guests is evidenced by all her attention to detail. Clarissa is always ready to help with reservations, directions, and recommendations which she copiously writes down for you to have in hand when you go out for your day in Florence. She made several reservations for us before our arrival through messaging with us. Her willingness to help you using text messaging was amazing and went above and beyond any innkeeper we have encountered. The food choices for breakfast were plentiful and delicious! The entire property is spotless. There is a wonderful terrace to have breakfast and start your day well. Clarissa is kind, gracious, efficient, and personable. I Sleep B&B has a few other perks. It is located just a 5-7 minute walk from the main train station. Right next door is a laundromat and affordable laundry service. Two good restaurants are just 5 minutes away, Antica Trattoria Il Giuardino on Via della Scala and Trattoria dall ‘Oste. Clarissa maintains an English TV station (39). It’s a marvelous place!

1Sleep B&B is a chic small hotel. The black and white decor is tastefully carried through everywhere. Our room was clean and spacious and we loved having a balcony from where we could watch the sun set or have our breakfast. The breakfast menu was a little limited yet substantial. Clarissa and Nadija are excellent hostesses and very obliging. The welcome gift - packet of biscotti was a nice touch, too.

We liked everything!

This property has many positives: 5 mins walk from the rail station, yet the area is not dodgy. You're also 7-8 mins walk to the river which means a quick trek to a nicer part of town on the other side of the Arno river for your evening meal. Extremely clean, recently done up (or very well kept), great shower, good breakfast, and the host is very helpful. You have a lift, so you don't have to worry about carrying up your luggage.

Our bedroom was n.5 and it was really small. We think other rooms are bigger. The other downside for us was that noise from the next door room was significant (every time the bathroom flushed or when they were having a shower or walking around). Obviously the plus are more than the downsides anyway.

This is a lovely place. Clarissa and Monica were both wonderful and professional in providing all the details such as check-in codes, breakfast etc etc. A really nice homely feel to the whole place and was super clean!! Located very close to the main train station. We had a superior double room with terrace which was lovely.

The drains in the bathroom (both sink and shower) are very slow.
