An Unforgettable Stay in the Heart of Florence – 5 Stars! From the moment we arrived at this charming bed and breakfast, we were treated like family. Run by a wonderful husband and wife team, the hospitality was truly exceptional. They went above and beyond in every possible way—nothing was too much trouble. Whether it was offering insider tips on exploring Florence, making restaurant reservations, or simply checking in to ensure we were comfortable, their warmth and attentiveness made our stay incredibly special. The room itself was of the highest standard—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It felt more like a boutique hotel than a B&B! The attention to detail did not go unnoticed, from the quality linens to the thoughtful touches throughout the space. Breakfast each morning was varied and plentiful a great start to the day The location is perfect for exploring Florence, with all the main sights within easy reach. But what truly sets this place apart is the heart and soul poured into it by the owners. Their passion for hospitality and deep knowledge of the city enriched our experience far beyond what we expected. We cannot recommend this gem highly enough. If you’re visiting Florence and looking for comfort, warmth, and genuine Italian hospitality, look no further—you’ve found it.

The room was Exceptionally clean and so Beautiful. Fit for a Princess. The bed was comfortable with comfortable pillows. It is located on the 1st floor of the building. There is a lift but i took the stairs, which was ok. The property is on a main road. 4 mins walk from the tram station which goes directly from Florence airport. The staff here were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a Lovely treat. I travelled alone and felt so safe and secure here.

Location: it is perfectly nearby Firenze S.M.N and the Centrale of Florence is reachable in minutes of walk. Staff - the hosts Cinzia & Pao are amazing hosts - very detailed, personally present for their guests. They are very accommodating allowing us to keep our luggage until we finally have to leave Florence, they even gave us a gift - wonderful gesture which you will not see from most of the places in Italy. special mention to Ed who prepared our breakfast which I enjoyed too much. The place is clean, comfortable and quiet - good place to stay after a tiring walk in the city.

Great location, 10 mins from rail station. Reception area accessed at all times although staff not there 24 hours. Lovely room, quiet courtyard below. Nice toiletries provided. Kettle, tea and coffee also. Excellent breakfast brought to room each morning at your requested time. Lovely choice of sandwich, yogurt, juice, pastries and great cappuccinos! Paulo on reception provided maps and info re places to visit and eat. Would def recommend.

Our only dislike was the firmness of the mattresses .. much more so than we’re used to .. my hubby didn’t sleep well during our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Kingsman. The rooms are well-sized and extremely comfortable - better pillows than I have at home! Breakfast is served on a little cart that is brought to the room at the time you request, and is plentiful and delicious with a great selection that sets you up well for a day of exploring. The location is great, five minutes on foot from Santa Maria Novella and 15 minutes from the incredible Duomo. The best thing about this B&B though is the owner, Cinzia, who is absolutely delightful and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect, answering messages promptly and even arranging prosecco and a small gift of cookies for my mum who was celebrating her birthday while we were there. Overall, we loved this little gem of a B&B and wouldn't hesitate to come back. Highly recommended.

There's literally nothing to dislike about this lovely little place.

The room was clean and well kept. Pillows were not too comfortable but the bed was very nice. Air conditioning worked well and there was a fridge, tea & coffee and decent storage room. The breakfast in bed was tasty and certainly filling.

We did want to be reasonably close to the train station and places to visit and the Kingsman certainly allowed this. No fault at all of the accommodation but we didn’t feel THAT safe in the area. It’s difficult to quantify but it was a place where I kept a better check on my wallet, left my watch in the safe and have a fairly wide berth to some of the characters in the street (particularly the meth smoker, using a Coke bottle to get his smoke going…….or whatever they do). I felt it was quite expensive for this ‘rougher’ area (by no means horrendous or horrible), although it is very convenient for the facilities.

We were truly impressed by the serene environment and attention to detail. The setting was peaceful and calming, offering the escape we were looking for. Every corner of the property seemed thoughtfully designed, creating an ambiance that felt both luxurious and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, with their genuine care and attentiveness shining through in every interaction. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful gestures throughout our visit, their dedication left a lasting impression. We highly recommend this gem and look forward to returning!

Excellently located near to Santa Maria Novella station, the main bus station and tram stop which takes you directly to Firenze Peretola airport. All the main sites and galleries are within 15 minutes walk. The hosts Cinzia and Paolo are exceptionally helpful, and go above and beyond to provide information and assistance. A generous continental breakfast is delivered to your room. We had everything we needed in our room, including nice touches like chilled water.

We couldn't have expected more. I've deducted one point on comfort as we found the stairs to the bathroom in our room a little awkward in the middle of the night (may be our age!)

Paolo the manager was so friendly and accommodating. He gave us lots of amazing recommendations for things to do and see as well as places to eat. He is an absolute gentleman. The location is so convenient really close to the train station and within 15-20 minutes of all the main sites. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was incredible a real treat every morning and served beautifully. We had an amazing stay thank you Paolo and team. We would highly recommend the Kingsman. Peter and Sharyn Barrett

There was nothing we didn't like.

Cynthia was a fantastic with us from the moment we arrived to when we left. Came in early to make us breakfast before we left and gave loads of recommendations for Florence and Italy for our stay. Would definitely come back as the place was spotless and the room was big for our need. Air conditioning was fantastic during the heatwave and great wifi. Location is perfect as the train station is 2 minutes away and the best pasta restaurant in Florence is down the street. Would definitely visit and stay here again
